We have been coming to this area for March vacations for 10 years. This was the an incredible condo . Fabulously equipped , we had our every need met .The furnishings were top of the line , so luxurious .We loved the entertainment room with pool table , big TV and comfy seats . It is clear that the owner takes a lot of pride in the unit and the satisfaction it provides for tenants . Thank you !

What can I say about this place but absolutely amazing! Speaking for all 8 of us the place far exceeded our expectations. The owner was extremely accommadating and greeted us with a gift basket and I have to mention the towel decorations that draped each of our beds upon our arrival. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms were decorated beautifully and very spacious. The kitchen, how incredible! I think that is where we spent most of our time if we weren't enjoying a glass of wine on the veranda watching the most incredible sunsets! The huge island served a a great spot for all of us to gather around while preparing meals or enjoying a cocktail. I could write all day about our stay at this stunning luxury condo! Can't wait to come back! I would give this place 6 stars!

What an amazing time we had at the Condo. It was so beautifully decorated and it felt like home immediately! The kitchen was unbelievablely awesome. The Media/Game room was fun and we
enjoyed being there. The pictures we saw before coming were beautiful and when we arrived, the
place was even more beautiful!! It was clean and had everything we needed. I would recommed this
to all our friends to come and enjoy.

Thank you so much for everything you (& your sister!) did for our family vacation. We had an amazing wonderful time! Thank you for sharing your paradise beach home with us. Hard for me to decide on what we enjoyed the most, the view from the balcony (with books & coffee in the am, I would have never left here), the gourmet Kitchen (we cooked lots and only grilled once but it was the “chefs nite” so it was fantastic), the private bathrooms, the pool table and comfortable movie seats, the private pool and Jacuzzi, the beach, all was such a treat for all of us!

My family and I enjoyed every part of our trip to Indian Shores, especially this condo. We were looking for something in the area because we have family close, and this condo was a little larger than we needed, but turned out to be worth every penny. The owner met us upon arrival to show us around and get to know us. She was wonderful, and even greeted us with a gift basket. The place is immaculate and the views are unmatched. The pictures are great, but the real thing is even more impressive. We were able to host family and friends for beach days and dinners throughout our trip and always had plenty of room to spread out. And of course those Gulf sunsets are truly special. We look forward to another visit soon!

THE CONDO WAS QUITE SPACIOUS AND BEAUTIFULLY FURNISHED. THE PHOTOS ON THE COMPUTER DID NOT DO IT JUSTICE. THE BEACHFRONT LOCATION WAS A DEFINITE PLUS. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS CONDO FOR ANYONE INTERESTED IN A FANTASTIC VACATION.

We enjoyed this condo so much! We found it to be thoughtfully appointed and clean with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Each bedroom had it's own bathroom and a half bath was situated off the kitchen area. The home had several balconies and windows with shades that could be drawn for privacy. The bedrooms were large and spacious. Each bed had lots of pillows, nice linens and blankets. Extra pillows, linens and blankets were also provided.

The kitchen was well equipped with appliances, utensils, pots, pans and dishes. The six stools around the huge kitchen island provided a good spot to gather for meals. The island had not only one but two sinks (one at each end).

The veranda was great for relaxing in the morning or after dinner to watch the sunset. The large comfy furniture was fabulous. We spent many hours watching the beach and ocean from the balcony. We saw pods of dolphins, great blue herons, black skimmers and comorants. A sea turtle even laid eggs nearby.

The media room was wonderful for movie watching, pool and game playing. We especially loved the theatre seating and surround sound.

The master bedroom was large and spacious. It had a sliding glass door that opened out onto the veranda. The master bathroom had two sinks, a large whirlpool tub and a shower with a rainfall shower head. The bathroom even had it's own TV!

We found the owners super to work with. They answered questions we had in a timely manner.

We met with the owners with a view to renting for the month of April 2013. They were very friendly people who gave us a wonderful tour of the property. The master bedroom is amazing with a lovely view form the balcony. All four of the bedrooms have their own bathrooms and walk in closets. The well equipped kitchen is a dream and both kids and adults alike will love the games room. The main balcony is large with very comfortable furniture with a view of the ocean. The beach and pool area is easily accessible. After the tour, we quickly booked the property for April 2013 and look forward to spending the month there with our children and grandchildren.
