This truly is an amazing 6 bedroom(all en-suite) luxury villa,within 8 minutes of the parks & attractions.All bedrooms have flat-screen TV,& in the family room,a huge 60' HD TV.2 Dining rooms with seating for 12.A games room with pool,table-tennis,air hockey table & safety darts, provides added entertainment for all ages.Within the BellaVida resort,and having the finest view down the entire length of the lake,from the extended deck,to the fabulous clubhouse where you can enjoy all the available amenities on offer,such as heated,walk-in pool/spa,volleyball,basketball childrens play-area with climbing-frame etc..In the clubhouse you'l find a gym,internet-room,TV lounge,games-room,bar/bistro & consierge.Our pool/spa heat is an optional extra(min.5 days)& charged locally @ $30 p/day.A BBQ may be rented,delivered & collected @ your convenience.

This house is wonderful , Way more then we ever expected. All the room were large. And all the bedrooms have private baths ,So no one needed to share.The location was perfect about 10 mins from the homes front door to Disney. The ower of this property is a delightful person great to work with . The only downside of this property was the Property Manager was not very helpful. But all in all I would stay there again in a heart beat .

Recommended for: Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

The home is beatiful with well appointed furniture. It was clean and very well maintained.

Wonderful vacation home

We recently stayed at this lovely home for 8'nights. there were 12 of us traveling together;3 families, and the home was spacious enough to accommodate all of us comfortably. With 6 children in our group, the games room and large pool, were well utilized and perfect for entertainment, The home itself, is better than the pictures can offer, with each room having its own bathroom, there was lots of privacy for everyone. The pool has sun most of the day and is offers some privacy, as it backs on to a nice little lake. The home is close to the parks; both Disney and Universal, is just over an hour drive to the Gulf of Mexico and has a 24 hour Walmart within a 5 minute drive. The owner and manger of the property are both wonderful to deal with, they are prompt and very helpful in answering any questions and were helpful at recommendations in the area. I would recommend this home to anyone traveling to the this area.
