Rome Holiday, the dream is a reality at this apartment!
When we arrived to the apartment, we were greeted by Fabri and Valle who had big smiles and lots of energy! They showed us how to work the stove, washing machine and the tv. They give you 2 mobile cell phones for use while staying at the apartment. Which I felt was a very nice touch. They gave us information's on great restaurant's in the area, where the grocery store was located and all the public transportation. You could have 2 better host in Rome. Fabir arranged for a car to take us to the airport for less than what a taxi would cost.
The apartment is very spacious and in the best location. You can walk everywhere from this apartment. The internet was wonderful to have and with being on vacation for 3 weeks the washing machine was GREAT!
I would say if this apartment is available for the time you are planning on going to Rome, BOOK IT NOW! You want be disappointed. We have stayed in many apartments in the past several years, and this one is the best, hands down!

A Mixed Bag
There are aspects of the apartment that we enjoyed. The location is good, with plenty of restaurants within a short walk. The apartment is large. Fabri is generally responsive to emails, however we never met him. I don't believe he lives in Rome.
The apartment is noisy. On Friday and Saturday nights the nightclub below is rocking until 1:00 am. Many smokers stand and sit right under the windows of the main bedroom. The bedroom also get noise from cars and motorcycles using the narrow street below.
When we complained about the cleanliness of the apartment, Fabri had someone spread caulk over the mold in the bathroom, changed the stained slipcover on the couch and gave us a bottle of wine. He apologized for the stains on the walls and the missing and cracked tiles in the bathroom. The kitchen was dark because 3 of the 4 kitchen lights were burnt out. The dishwasher was being fixed. The washing machine had no spin cycle, clothes emerged soaking wet. The internet connection was bad, it continually cut out. I repeatedly unplugged the device, but that didn't help.
We left this apartment after one week rather than staying for two weeks as planned. To his credit Fabri did not complain about this and even reduced the price. We would not return to this apartment.

Fantastic on every count!
Well let me begin by saying there are no better hosts than Fabri and Vale! They are the most informative and comprehensive people I have ever rented from. Every single detail was addressed completely and very quickly. As two couples on tour in Rome, we had lots of questions about the area and what was best for us. Fabri was perfect in every aspect, down to the best resturants and Pizza in town! About the apartment, well you couldn't find a more perfect location in Rome. we didn't have a car so we walked to everything easily. All four of us marveled at just how great it was to be so central to everything. The apartment is great, it is spacious, well appointed, quiet and big enough to even have some friends over that were staying close by in a cramped, tiny apartment. (typical Rome accommodation) I was the hero of the trip for finding Fabri and this great Rome apartment! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Rome.

Good Base for Three Generations
Grandparents, parents and teenager found happiness exploring Rome and relaxing in this comfortable, well-located, historic apartment. Fabrizio provided many useful recommendations for sight-seeing and eating in Rome. We enjoyed picking up provisions in the Campo de Fiori and the nearby small market. Fabrizio arranged for our pick-up at the airport and delivery to the train station. Definitely worth it for five persons. Lack of language skills on our part led to our inability to get the dishwasher to run through a whole cycle. We should have phoned Fabrizio to resolve this small problems in an otherwise great trip.

Our Rome Stay
We just returned from our stay at property 404891 (Piazza Navona Apartment) and are pleased to write the following postive review.
Our stay was for only three days and represented the conclusion of a 16 day trip that started in the south of Italy. Our party consisted of 2 couples and we found that the apartment suited our needs very well. The two bedrooms with seperate bathrooms was very nice. The property was found to be exactly as described and the location was perfect for exploring the core attractions.
We were met by MARGHERITA who provided a quick overview of the property and also recommended some restaurants that were found to be very good. Also the fruit basket provided for our arrival was a very nice touch and appreciated. The property was clean and appeared to be well maintained. My wife and I had the pleasure of occupying the master bedroom which was huge in Rome terms. We were in Rome the fall of 2011and we rented a single bedroom unit that was nice and comfortable but was nothing in comparison to this apartment and since we were two couples, it was less expensive as well.
The entire process from booking the apartment to our stay and departure was seemless and we thank Fabrizio for all of his efforts.
We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone travelling to Rome.

San Francisco Family of 4 Stays in Rome Apartment
We had an excellent time on our trip because the apartment was so well located near our favorite places. It was a 5 minute walk to Piazza Navona, Pantheon and Trevi Fountain and easily accessible to many other sites in Rome. The apartment was large, very clean and so nicely appointed. We were greeted by lovely Margherita who gave us all of the details regarding the apartment's amenities. The master bedroom is gorgeous and the smaller room was perfect for our 2 teenagers. The kitchen was well equipped but we ate all of our meals nearby at the wonderful cafes and trattorias. I would definitely return to this apartment and also recommend it to my friends. Fabrizio also arranged the ride from the port to the apartment and also the ride to the airport on our departure day which made it easy for us.
Fabrizio was very kind in all of his emails to us during the 2 weeks before our arrival and made us feel comfortable that our stay would be wonderful. He was absolutely right! Thank you for everything!

If you're lucky enough to stay her, book it now! The apartment is so clean with huge rooms, and close to EVERYTHING. He included power strips with converters for my laptop and other plugable items (life saver) - unfortunately had to do a little work. Loved the wi-fi (very fast and reliable). The taxis and busses are just across the street, banks, grocery store and bakery within 30 yards. I could not believe the location - it is near everything. You will feel like you have lived in Rome for a month after one day. The Piazzas are just down the street and Fabri recommends only the best restaurants for you. Even though he was in Sicily, with cell phone calls, it was like he was around the corner -- just like an old friend. Every question I had, he answered - I couldn't have asked for a better host. All of his recommendations were spot on -- I can't wait to come back and this apartment is where I will stay -- it's incredible and so is he!!!! One last thing, I am a mother travelling with an 18 year old daughter --- did I mention how safe we felt the entire time --- so SAFE! Highly recommend. Thank you Fabri for allowing us to stay in your wonderful apartment and for all of your advice.

Best total experience in Rome!
Fabrizio is the textbook perfect host. His first priority is his guests and their comfort and enjoyment of their visit. He smoothly removes obstacles and enhances the experirnce through his knowledge, courtesy and professionalism.
His apartment is outstanding, as the pictures will verify. It’s in a convenientt location in the historic district. We walked to the Coliseum and the Trastevere in one direction, the Vatican and St. Peters in another, Piazza Navona and the Pantheon in yet a third. The electric bus is a block away, and you are within steps of major transportation lines. We enjoyed the restaurants in the neighborhood, particularly Capricci Siciliani, which was highly recommended by Fabrizio and was just two blocks from the apartment. The icing on the cake is the service provided by Fabrizio. We arrived in Rome at 7:30pm and learned a bag had been left in London. We thought we would have to waste time and return to the airport to retrieve it. No problem. Fabrizio took care of everything—arranged for the bag to be delivered to a friend at a café 100 feet from the apartment. We arrived at the apartment after 9:00 and were let in by the housekeeper, who told us where to shop for groceries, where to find a taxi, how to use the washing machine and so on. Very friendly and helpful. Fabrizio volunteered to make dinner reservations our first night, but we were too tired and just collapsed into bed….and slept soundly as the beds were perfect. We have already recommended Fabrizio’s apartment to friends who are travelling to Rome.

Stunning is the word
We just spent 3 nights in this beautiful apartment. We had no idea it would be so spacious. We are two couples, and the two bedrooms were completely separate and very private, with wonderfully comfortable beds, and NO outside noise, a real plus when the apartment is right in town .Fabrizio gave us great recommendations for restaurants, and we encourage everyone to use them. We were eating with locals, the food was marvelous, and we ceased to be tourists during our meals.
We would absolutely return to this apartment, and we will recommend it to our friends. We are all over 60 and able bodied, and we walked to everything. The apartment is up two flights of stairs, and we were concerned about that, but it proved to be no problem.The only thing we would change is the bathrooms are a bit tired, although they were very clean, but they could use some TLC. We also were disappointed to have missed Fabrizio, who nevertheless arranged a driver from the airport (DO use this service. For 4 exhausted travelers, it was a godsend.) and left a centerpiece of fresh fruit as a welcome present.
