Serenity Now ... The Sea Life!
Come visit the sugar white sand beaches and emerald green waters of Santa Rosa Beach, Florida, voted one of the 10 Best Beach Destinations in the World for 2011 by Yahoo! Travel. If you have visited this part of Florida before, I am confident you will want to come back. If you have never experienced the area before, you won't be sorry. We have experienced many other beach areas in the Eastern US, and we keep coming back here. We are pleased to offer our completely renovated (in 2012), 3 bedroom, 3 bath, 2200sqft house in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida for vacation rental.
Within Santa Rosa Beach, this beach house is located in a very special area, called Beach Highlands and is nestled between Dune Allen Beach and Topsail Hill State Preserve. Even though Santa Rosa Beach and the general area has grown in population and amenities, this location remains uncrowded, much as it was in the 1970s. There are no high rise buildings and to our west are only single family homes followed by 4 miles of undisturbed beachfront state park reserve. So if you are looking to relax and enjoy the pristine beauty and sea life without the crowds, yet be close to the amenities, this is the place.
The house has three bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen, 2 sets of bunk beds), three full baths and configured to comfortably support a large family, two moderate size families or a small family that likes to have a lot of living space. The house is located 1 lot back from the gulf on the south side of highway 30A.
Outside, there is a 20x12 beach side deck with pergola and a fantastic view of the water. You are only steps away from the beach with a private beach access. After a fun day at the beach, wash away the sand and salt in the fully enclosed outdoor hot/cold shower. Inside, the north end of the house has a master bedroom with a queen bed, TV and full bath. At the south end of the house is a second master bedroom with a king bed, TV and full bath. The third bedroom is in the middle of the house and has two sets of bunkbeds, a TV and full bath. In addition, the house has a living room with a TV and a bonus room with a 51' flatscreen TV, each with views of the Gulf, and a full kitchen with breakfast bar. The house has a full size washer and dryer, 80 gal hot water heater and the typical conveniences of home including microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, toaster, blender and Wi-Fi internet.
Our unique rental offers the uncrowded and serene beach experience, much like it was in the 1970s, even though it is now only 3 miles to a Walmart, 4 miles to a grocery store, 4 miles to a movie theatre and near upscale shopping and a wide variety of restaurants. Come experience Serenity Now ... The Sea Life!

We (brothers Joe and Bill Letsinger) have been vacationing at this beautiful location in the Beach Highlands area of Santa Rosa Beach, Florida since we were very small (1970). At that time there really wasn't much around except for the natural beauty, fun and relaxation offered by the white sand and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. In 1986 our family moved from Indiana and bought this house. We both love to fish and have certainly done a lot of fishing off of the beach and deep sea fishing out of Destin over the years. In the mid 1980's our family moved to the area, and our Mom purchased this house. Joe and his family continue to reside in the area. After moving north for school and work for many years, Bill has moved back to the south so that his family could enjoy this location and the incredible fishing and fishing diversity that it offers.
Private beach access, Gulf views. Located in quite and uncrowded Beach Highland which borders 4 miles of pristine beach and dunes of Topsail Hill State preserve. Close to the amenities, but serene and relaxing.
