Stayed at the property for the weekend and were quite pleased! The place had everything we needed including extra pillows. We didn't use the kitchen because it was a quick trip but it looked well stocked. The only thing I would have changed is curtains in the bedroom because we got in late Fri and the sun was peeking through the blinds pretty early. Not a big deal but we may have slept better if it was darker. We did walk to the beach & although its not right down the road, my 3 yr old was able to walk there & back without getting tired. We walked by a lot of waterfront bars/restaurants that would have been a lot of fun if it was a kid-free trip. I highly recommend the spot oh and the owner checked on us to ensure we had everything we needed, very nice guy!

This rental property is a great deal in a peaceful location. We really just needed a place to sleep and shower (nothing fancy) and this was perfect. Looks exactly as advertised on the listing. We walked to the beach from the house. There are several restaurants/bars in very close walking distance to the property. We didn't utilize the trolley, but saw plenty of people getting on/off the trolley right around the corner. The property owner is very nice and was easily accessible during the stay (although we had no problems so our contact was minimal!). The refrigerator and microwave in the property helped us save money on breakfast and lunch. Would highly recommend this property to someone who is looking for a great, simple deal in St. Pete Beach. We would definitely stay here again on a future trip!

This is a nice clean place in a great location. It is an older building but is well maintained and comfortable. As mentioned in most previous reviews the location is excellent. Very easy walking distance to many restaurants and stores yet the neighborhood is quiet with very little traffic.

I enjoyed my stay at this 1 bedroom duplex. The location and bikes were the highlight features for us. You cannot find a better value then this place. The pictures do not show the rear deck which includes 2 tables and a grill. The air conditioner in the bedroom worked great and we were very comfortable at night. The living room area/kitchen could go without the massage chair and maybe be substituted for more counter space. We cooked pizzas and BLTs in the kitchen and had some brats on the grill and we had no problems at all. We went to dinner every night and enjoyed the convenience of being able to walk to 5+ restaurants within 6 or so blocks. There is one grocery store 2 blocks away.
I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a good value to stay on St. Pete's.
I would not recommend sleeping more than 2 people.
Also the owner Brandon is also very nice and helpful.

This property has a great location. Walking distance to several restaurants/beach bars, coffee shop, bakery and the Corey Avenue "business" district. Moderate (0.6 mile) to the beach. Short drive to many more restaurants (DO try Leverock's on Pasedena across the Corey Causeway) and beaches (St. Pete, Sunset and Treasure Island.) Great outdoor living here with a screened in porch and a privacy fenced, large patio. We spent most of our non-beach time either on the porch or patio! Kitchen area is a bit spartan but adequate for our needs.Owner lives on site and, while not intrusive, is very accommodating and helpful. We have already booked for NEXT February.

The location was perfect near to everything, quiet and private, the place was as described on the pictures very clean, neat.
I highly recommend it to anyone We can't wait to go back !!!!

The place was clean and neat and exactly as described. The location was perfect near restaurants, beaches, markets, bank, gas station e.t.c. The neighborhood was very quiet and the people were friendly. The property owner was very friendly polite and helpful and always close by. I would highly recommend it to anybody and we'll come back again.Attractions :The Soto Park with , Hispanish Fort, Fishing Pier, Dog Beach, Canoa and Bike for rent ,,,,,,,,,, THIS PLACE IS AMAZING................

Nice small place, great value for the money. Close to good restaurants and bars. Bed and A/C unit in the bedroom were a bit of an issue but I think the owner is replacing the A/C unit.
