Spring Break condo

We had a great Spring Break at this condo. It was spacious and well-stocked, making it a home away from home. Our teen girls loved the bikes provided. Also, we played tennis and basketball as a family several times. This complex is very quiet. I think we were the only ones who used the tennis and basketball courts! The only place we saw people was at the pools. The location is great. My husband hiked every day by just walking out of the complex and finding a mountain trail. The grocery store is less than a mile away. If you don't want to cook dinner every night, there are great Mexican restaurants nearby. The actual condo is very well-kept and looks exactly like the photos. The owner was always responsive to questions we had before our trip. We would definitely recommend this great home away from home and hope to return one day.

SPRING BREAK

This unit was clean and comfortable. The best thing about it was the spacious patio. Great for breakfast and coffee in the morning and relaxing in the evening. quiet neighborhood. Never saw the 4th bed mentioned in the write-up, maybe that is brought in if you have more people, we had three. Linens for the existing beds were kind of an odd assortment, but we managed. Would be nice if the unit had a write-up in the house recommending local restaraunts, stores, etc. But it was very easy to find our way around. Hot tub was almost too hot, but relaxing in the evening. The house would be best suited for a couple with kids as the other adults may be jealous that they don't get the huge master suite! The other bedroom is small with only a nightstand and a trundle bed that is 2 twins or one king.Suggest upon initial arrival enter on the street side and get the access card for the gate as the codes didn't work for us. When you leave you need to have someone exit on the street side so you can leave the garage door opener in the house. All in all, we loved the unit and would stay again.

My son and I traveled from Southern California to play in a baseball tournament. Finding Paul and his condo was a blessing. He made it easy and affordable. The condo was well kept and well located for our needs. Looking forward to coming back to Arizona in the future.

Our stay at Point Tapatio Villas was so nice, we really didn't want to leave. The area is so pretty & the condo we stayed in was everything we expected it to be & more-so clean,etc... The owner (Paul) was so helpful with answering my numerous questions, & either had anything you really needed in the unit or was willing to listen to suggestions about what he will consider providing for future guests. (bikes). Going up to the top of Tapatio Cliff Resort Rest. (view from villa areas) is a must even if you don't eat there which is what we did on our last day -just to see the breathtaking views & take a few pictures....We definately want to come back & stay here as it's central location is a big plus too!
