We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely 2nd floor condo. It was attractive, spotless, and very comfortable and the owner Jeffrey was a pleasure to deal with. The master bedroom and bathroom/dressing area were large and glamorous. The eat-in kitchen with new fridge was a pleasure to work in and very well stocked. The balcony and sliding door look out to the pool and grass area, but some of the other windows have lovely distant mountain views. We loved the golf course and the gracious use of Jeffrey's personal golf cart. The condo does not have a den and sleeps 5 not 6, so this should be changed in the listing. But it felt very spacious and was well decorated with some really nice golf art. Jeffrey welcomed us warmly with carefully chosen wine and beautiful flowers and made us feel right at home, which we greatly appreciated. We would certainly recommend this condo to others and hope to stay there again ourselves. Thank you so much for a great stay, Jeffrey.

Awesome Holiday!

We stayed at Jeffrey and Barbara's condo for 9 nights and found everything just perfect. The location is ideal for the swimming pool and the club house and we played tennis everyday which was included in the price. This was the first time we had rented a condo as opposed to just having an hotel room and we found it to be a lot more conveinient and user friendly. The best reassurance i can give you is that you will be well looked after by Jeffrey and Barbara right down to the last little detail. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Location, location, location! Cleanliness of the Villa, very-well appointed Condo and all the extras makes it so inviting, and all the activities/amenities the Country Club has to offer are top notch. But what made it even more pleasant was the attention to detail and service provided by the owner. Warm and accomodating! Being able to just walk over or bicycle to the shopping area, golf, restaurants, pools, etc. makes this property location very convenient. Many thanks for a wonderful stay!

The property was clean and well maintained. The property was as advertised in the VRBO listing. The owner went out of his way to make sure everything you need for an enjoyable and worry free vacation.

Our two months stay at the Property

The unit is located in a beautiful gated complex. It is on the second level of the building hence has little noise from neighbours. It has a great view of the pool area and surrounding gardens. The unit is exceptionally well appointed and elegantly furnished, with modern amenities and top of the line household appliances and utensils. The owner is extremely welcoming and accommodating and provides personalized assistance to renters.
The complex includes great golf and tennis facilities as well as an up-to-date gym. The Clubhouse also provides a pleasant venue for drinks and food. The unit is very close to all shopping,cultural , sports and medical facilities, as well as upscale retaurants ( the Cork Tree and Morton's Steakhouse are close by).

Wonderful Experience is renting this Condo

This was our first experience renting a condo from an owner. Everything was excellent. The owner was quick to respond, if needed, and the condo was clean and in great condition; nicely furnished and decorated throughout, kitchen well stocked with utensils, cookware, etc. The photos posted in the Ad are very accurate in showing the appearance and amenities of this condo. The property grounds in Desert Falls were well manicured with a beautiful golf course, tennis courts and a superb exercise room. We highly recommend renting this condo and look forward to staying there again.
