Private and quiet, located at the south end of Mal Pais next to the fishing village. Wake up and walk across the street for your fishing tour! The house is set back off road for a quiet and dust free environment. The house is on the second floor with large kid safe patio. There are 2 master suites with king size beds each with open garden bathrooms. Guard lives on site in apartment downstairs. Cleaning several times a week included. When big south swells arrive surf the best point break in town across the street. Enjoy a beautiful tranquil location.

Only one word can describe our stay at this house, "PARADISE"! My husband, daughter 17 and sons 15 & 10 had the most AWESOME VACATION. The home was very clean, open and comfortable. We didn't have to bring anything with us! The bedding and linens and were all included. The local grocery was nearby to provide if I decided to prepare a meal in the fully equipped kitchen. A walk to the end of the driveway brought us steps away to the beach for the best sunsets we have ever seen. The property was beautifully landscaped and provided a scenic view of the butterflies and monkeys. The home was so close to all the adventure's my family wanted to experience and we did not have to take any buses! We enjoyed the pure life style of Mal Pais sailing, fishing, kayaking, and del Pacifico zip line. We were minutes from St. Theresa beach for swimming and the kids learned how to surf!
