Awesome place to stay! The view is breathtaking!!! We stayed 4 nights and every night we sat on the balcony. Eva is wonderful owner. I can't wait to go back. Definitely 5 star place!

FIrst of all, Eva is wonderful to work with. She is thorough, helpful and geniune, When we arrived we fell in love with the place. We had two small children and they loved it as well. The setup of the condo is great with two bathrooms sharing a shower. The balcony is great but there was one small inconvenience that blocked some of our view from the inside. I just mentioned it to Eva in an email and she took care of it IMMEDIATELY. We will most certainly rent from her again.

Great getaway!

Thank you so much for an amazing week in your condo at SanDestin. We had SUCH a great time! The condo was perfect for us and the view was like a post card (we even saw dolphins swimming from the window!). We had lunch on the deck almost every day and got a lot of great sun. We couldn't believe how nice the beaches were and we walked for miles in both directions. We found some great restaurants like the Crab Trap, 790 on the Gulf and also cooked quite a few dinners relaxing in the condo. There was a huge DVD library for the cooler nights and also we loved going down and sitting in the hot tub under the stars. It was so homey and we were so sad to leave - but got a TON of relaxation time and went back to freezing Minnesota feeling very refreshed! Best Florida vacation that we've had :)

What an absolutely fabulous condo! We walked in the front door on October 17, 2012, and saw the gulf and were thrilled! The view is breathtaking! We walked onto the deck and loved, spent every nite out there just admiring it and had coffee early in the morning, the sunsets were exqusite! We loved having 2 bathrooms with the shower separate, made for quick time for both to get ready! We very much enjoyed the king sized bed and the view from the bed! Even watching the news from the couches or chairs was just an awesome view! The beach with the white sand and crystalclear water were just outstanding, so easy to walk for miles, stop at little restaurant(on main floor) for lunch or a beverge. Cannot imagine a more perfect place to go back to!! Thankyou, thank you. P and C

This condo was great for our honeymoon. The 16th floor unit provided a spectacular view of the ocean and the city. The pictures do not do this condo justice. It was well kept when we arrived and had all the amenities of home. SunDestin's facilities including the indoor pool, hot tub, and private beach access provided great activities during the day. The location provides very quick access to Destin's most popular restaurants and fast food. Eva is also very nice to deal with and eager to accommodate you on your stay. I would very highly recommend this condo for anyone traveling to the Destin area.

Wonderful Weekend Ends with Bad Customer Service

My husband and I spent three wonderful days at this beautiful condo. It was clean, and the view was fantastic. There was not enough soap bars for our stay, and there were only 3-4 almost empty rolls of toilet paper, but those were minor inconveniences that were solved by a trip to the store. The owner responded quickly through several emails and phone calls to make our reservation. When we left the unit we were unsure what to do with the electronic plastic keys. There were no verbal instructions given or printed in the unit. I left my key on the kitchen counter, and by mistake, my husband forgot to remove his from his pocket. We were called on our way home and asked about the keys. We were told new keys would have to be made for the next tenants and that there was not a key on the counter, which, of course, we could not prove. I said I would mail the key we had as soon as we returned home. I then received an email that $66.23 was being withheld to pay for two keys (one of which I offered to return), per the contract I signed. This only key info in the contract: "13. Key replacement. A $35 dollar fee will be assessed for lost key cards. If your key card is not working properly, take to front desk and have it reprogrammed." Again, no mention of what to do with keys on departure, neither to leave them nor where to leave them. Standard practice with plastic keys is to discard them since new cards will be issued for assured security for the new guests. We took the above paragraph to refer to lost keys during the stay at the condo. We emailed the owner and made two phone calls, and there was no response. Quite the opposite from the reservation process. A complaint is being filed with PayPal through our bank against the owner. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this owner, nor will be stay there again.
Owner's Response: This couple is trying to scamm the owners out of the entire rental fee for their vacation & the damage deposit required to pay for the keys that had to be replaced, after the renters left with them. Not only did the renter say repeatedly to the housekeeping manager on the phone that she absolutely put TWO keys on the counter when she departed, she also wrote the owners a very positive note about her stay, saying she would recommend the unit to all her friends. The renter then found the keys she claimed she "left on the counter" after returning home. The owners did email the renters after the keys went missing & told them they would be responsible for the charges, (mailing the keys back did not solve the "no keys" problem for the new arrivals, & new cards had to be made up immediately at the owners expense.) The renters have brought the matter up with Paypal, had it reviewed & found the owners correct, this stopped the renters from trying to pilfer the vacation fee from their account. The renters now have brought it to the bank who has 30 days to review. The bank has been provided with all the documentation of the rental contract, entry code instructions, & the posting in the condo that clearly states a key charge will be incurred, also documentation that the renters received the weekend they paid for & enjoyed. Arguing about a word "lost" rather than "missing" is just tatic changing, & unfair. The story changed when the renter realized her mistake in taking the keys, & the new story revolved around a misinterpretation about the wording in reference to lost keys. The owner honored the renters requests, with an early 3 hour check in, 7 hour late check out, the housekeeping schedules had to be radically altered to appease these people. The owners did everything possible to please these guests, & found it most unfair that they should be stuck with the bill for the keys the renters took home plus have their entire vacation paid for. The proper authorities have been alerted to the whole "free vacation" scam. The owner will be happy to supply the email that states the renters initial positive rental experience before she realized her key charge, to any potential guests. Ensuing arguments with the renters over verbage was futile. The door will have a new number code entrance, rather than the key card entry, to alleviate further key problems. The owners have always taken great pride in pleasing their guests & providing a great & memorable vacation expererience.

Spent two nights in this beautiful condo. Besides the spectacular view and privacy, the unit was clean, spacious, comfortable and with a beautiful view. We were very close to many of the local attractions. Our stay was perfect and we can't wait to come back! Eva is a great owner to deal with.

The SunDestin Beach Resort is one of my favorite places to stay, and this condo is absolutely beautiful. Nice view of the city and the beach. The owner is so easy to work with! I will definitely be renting this one again!!!

My SO and I had an excellent stay in this unit, it was more than enough space for 2 people, the condo is very clean, updated and in excellent condition. Eva gave us a great rate for the condo and we wished we could have stayed another week! The views from the balcony of the beach and gulf couldn't be better, and the building is literally right on the private beach, and close to lots of restaurants and other attractions Destin has to offer. Eva is a great owner, we had a question about something in the unit right when we got there, and she sent someone to take care of it in 15 minutes! Our stay was perfect and we can't wait to come back!

My husband and I were some of the 1st guests to stay in this beautiful unit. Spent one night. Besides the spectacular view and privacy, the unit was clean, spacious and very comfortable. We were very close to many of the local attractions. We plan on another longer stay in the near future and have recommended this to friends. We live in near-by Pensacola, what a great get-away!
