Spent a wonderful month - that went by way too quickly - at this fabulous mid-century modern home! Well appointed and beautifully presented. Conveniently located to all Indian Wells and the desert has to offer! My only regret is that some lucky person beat me to it for next year!

We had a great stay at this house. It was very well set up for a rental house. We really appreciated the little extras...great beds, nice soaps and shampoos, linens, towels etc. The pool and hot tub were fantastic for our whole family. The location was perfect for us....very close to Starbucks and groceries.
Gary was really great to communicate with...answered any inquiries immediately.

Great house, great location, great vacation!

Our family of five just returned from a one week stay in this lovely home and we can't wait to go back. The home was spotless when we arrived and the owners were great to work with. It was like staying in a luxury hotel only with more space and our own private pool! The home was spacious and beautifully remodeled, bedrooms had very comfortable beds and each had its own beautiful bathroom. We enjoyed coffee on the patio each morning, the pool during the day and the hot tub at night under the stars. The house is just minutes from a big grocery store and restaurants. I can't say enough about this place, just a perfect getaway, with eveything you need for fun and relaxation in the desert!

Having travelled many hours and miles to get here it was with nervous anxiety that we opened the door, hoping that the photographs we had seen would match the reality of the house, they didn't. The photographs whilst good were not a true representation of what awaited through the door, it was simply stunning.
A quick exploration revealed good sized, well appointed rooms, immaculately cleaned and presented with all the creature comforts you would expect from a very high end hotel.
The swimming pool sparkled and screamed "swim in me", which we did shortly after we arrived and every day twice a day until we left.
The bathrooms are very well appointed with the latest of everything. Being able to turn the shower on without getting wet first was a luxury we will incorporate in our own house. Also the toilets, all I can say is that if you haven't tried them you haven't lived. All topped off with pristine clean white towels.
There are more televisions than I have ever seen one in each bedroom and a huge one in the living room. My wife loved that she could swim whilst playing her Ipod over the loud speakers whilst I watched some baseball on the television. The gym was small but functional with mats and two pieces of equipment and then there is the lap pool.
This house has everything including great owners who made our trip easy to organise, comfortable to have and tough to leave.
The location of the house is within walking distance of shops and restaurants and short driving distance to many other things but we loved the house so much we just rested there and recovered from our journey most of the time.
We have already recommended this home to friends, it comes with no higher recommendation than that.

Our stay in this house was fantastic! The house is wonderful - open, bright, comfortable and so functional. The location is great - close enough to the hub of Palm Desert and La Quinta but a step away for a moment of quiet and relaxation. The owner was first class, A+ - he went above and beyond to accommodate us and make our stay even better with his small little extras.

What an amazing luxurious house. We will definitely go back to this place! We visited with my parents and tweenage children. We were looking for a special get-away and were not disappointed. The home has the feel of a Four Star hotel, not a rental house. The owners did not skimp when they remodeled. The house was outfitted for constant enjoyment and relaxation in mind. The owner's description is 100% accurate. Our major complaint was that we did not want to leave to enjoy the Palm Springs area.

Great Location in a Family Friendly Home

This was the first trip that my wife and I took with our new baby (3 month old) and we were looking for a place that was central to area activities, was a comfortable size and had a nice patio area to enjoy the sun and pool. This property was everything we expected and more. The owners seem to be quite new to the rental game, but they have done in a wonderful job in renting a home has everything you need including ample amounts of towels, great/comfortable bedding and lots of entertainment options (board games, iPod docking station, lots of TV's). The pool was excellent as it had a nice shallow area which we used to expose our baby to the water for the first time, but also had a lap pool at the end that we were able to use to swim laps on a daily basis.
The community that the home is situated in is quiet, has friendly neighbors and is located within walking distance of grocery stores, Starbucks, restaurants, etc.
Should we return to the Palm Springs area for vacation, we will definitely look to rent this home again.
