With a direct ocean front view, this one of a kind condo is equipped with everything you need to make your vacation a true home away from home stay. Not to mention this luxurious unit is newly remodeled and redecorated with absolutely amazing views. Grandview East is within walking distance of many family oriented activities, perfect for the kids. With only 60 plus units in the building, the beaches are never crowded at Grandview. Our condo has a coded entry system so there are no keys to carry back and forth to the beach. You can also try out the exercise room and heated pool.

This unit is newly furnished and decorated with tiled floors throughout the entire 2000 square foot space, all new furnishings, new premium plush top mattresses, and new window treatments. It has unique 10’ high ceilings and is an end unit. The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances, granite tops, bar sitting, and a family size dining table. The main living area has a brand new 55” high definition LCD flat panel HDTV. It also has a queen size sleeper sofa. Leave the main living area and step out on the balcony for a breathtaking view of the miles and miles of sugar white beaches.

The master suite has a king bed, overlooks the beach, and has quick access to the balcony with a sliding door. It also has a seperate laundry room, oversized private master bathroom with a double vanity, granite countertops, jacuzzi tub, and a walk in shower.

The second master bedroom has an oversized bathroom and a walk-in closet. It has a king bed, private front balcony, TV and its own bathroom as well. It is located at the far end of the unit for additional privacy and comfort.

The third bedroom has a full bed and 2 bunks. It also has a TV and shares the hall bathroom.

Grandview East is located in the heart of Panama City Beach which makes it conveniently located near everything such as the county pier, Zoo World, Gulf World, miniature golf courses, Ripley’s Believe it or not, Wonderworks, Wal-Mart, go kart racing, three golf courses, and a nearby water park. Pier Park has many stores and places to visit, it is located only four miles from Grandview East. Pineapple Willy’s, Pompano’s Seafood, Bonefish Grill, and Fire Fly are just a few of the most wonderful and most popular restaurants in Panama City. With all the fun activities and nice restaurants to eat at you will love it here.

You will have everything needed to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable at Grandview East. An iron, ironing board, linens and towels are all provided. Free high speed wireless internet is also included.

Going to Panama City for over 15 years makes it your second home. All we needed was a beachfront condo , we look at a hundred of them before deciding on the Grandview. When you look at the view from our east end corner unit 1902 sq. ft condo wow!! Its 8.5 hr drive for my family and after being there we don't want to leave, but there a problem some of us have jobs. Listen------hear the ocean-- relax --enjoy have some great food.Tommorow go rent a pontoon boat see the dolphins, fish, hunt shells, lay on the beach, why this is one of the most beautiful beaches in the world and we want to keep coming back again and again it never gets old.

Best all around!

Absolutely the best unit on the beach! The owner was very kind and tended to our every need. The condo had it all, looks and function. The view was excellent to watch critters move up and down the beach, dolphins, rays, fish, etc. The beach access was excellent and the young men at the beach box provided us information on lots of activities, jet ski, parasailing, etc. The room also had a view of the strip so at night we could watch all the busy activities on the road. Right down from Pinapple Willy's made it an easy stroll down the beach for supper or night life with live music. If I had to pick one thing that was not perfect would be the size of the pool at the complex, therefore if a large pool is important to your family you may want to reconsider. Excellent for a girls week! I will certainly return and return.....

So beautiful. We came down from Vermont, but I am from Florida so I have seen my share of beachfront condos. Just awesome. Beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, plenty of room, clean and exactly the type of treasure you would hope to find! It is clear that this is just not a rental property, but the owner's own vacation spot. - I didn't want to leave! :)

Absolutely perfect!!!

We rented this gorgeous condo for a week and could not have been happier. It is tastefully decorated, and the pictures online do not show just how pretty it truly is and especially how clean the enitre unit is maintained. The high ceilings and large rooms make this condo feel enormous! The view is absolutely spectacular!!!! Wade made us feel truly welcome and provided numbers where he could easily be reached if there was a problem. (There were none!!) We have been visiting the PCB area for over 15 years now, and I have to say, I have found my new "home" away from home!

We stayed 3 nights at this wonderful property!!! The view from this corner unit was absolutely spectacular!!! Each room was decorated with amazing taste!! Spotless and perfectly contained with everything that a family , couples or girls trip might need. We planned on going out for dinner each night but hated to leave the condo, so we ordered in!! I will most difinetly rent this unit again...Wade made renting this unit easy and we had no problems with entry or parking...smooth, relaxing holiday!!! Thanks again....

We loved this condo so much! After not having been to Panama in a while the whole family was really looking forward to the vacation. After walking into the room, it could have rained all week and we'd have been perfectly ok with that! It was even more gorgeous than the pictures. The fact that it is a corner unit allowed us to have a view from the front and back. From the front balcony you feel as though you can see over the whole city. From the deck - and those awesome windows on the side - you think you see the entire beach. It was sooo clean, there was a tv in every room and every appliance worked! The owner saw to it that we were welcomed and made sure we had phone numbers to reach him if needed. I would tell anyone / everyone to stay here - as long as you don't take my week!

You know you've heard the quote "home away from home"? Well I would have to say this condo far exceeds that quote. Hardwood ceramic tile flooring? NEVER SEEN IT BEFORE.... IT's got it, This place is amazing. HUGE TV's, (not the antiques) but all big flat screens. BEAUTIFUL Views from 2 sides,
We walked on the beach to pineapple willy's for drinks. Oh yeah it has keypad entry so no worrying about keys, We had a blast and will return, Thanks guys for the use of your place...I mean PALACE.
The owner was so helpful and nice, we felt like family.

This is our third year staying in PCB, and this is by far the BEST place we've stayed. The pictures on this site don't do this condo justice. Its a very very beautiful condo with plenty of space. All the beds are super comfortable and the paint and decor in this unit is beautiful. More than beautiful. The beach access is a very short walk and the views from the balconies are just breathtaking. A place we will definitely stay again. The owner is very nice and easy to work with. He and his wife just have a amazing and gorgeous beach home. We look forward to staying here again!

Best View on the Beach

We have been visiting PCB for the past 12 years with the same family and stayed from one end of PCB to the other and this is by far the best view we have ever had. July the 4th we set on the balcony and seen all the firework displays on both ends of the beach and at the bay! The room is by far one of the best decorated rooms we have ever stayed in and with seven people and staying 14 to 21 days at a time you need all the comforts of home and with this room you have it all. The owners are great to work with and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Thanks again for sharing your home with our family we truely enjoyed our stay and your kindness!

Awesome Vacation!!

The pictures do not do this condo justice!! It was over the top of our expectations. The owner was wonderful to work with. He calls when you check in to make sure you are satisfied and again during the week to see if you need anything. I highly recommend this unit. We had family from 14 yrs to 72 yrs. and they all enjoyed the unit. It has everything you can think of and more. Thank you Wade for an awesome vacation!! We hope to be calling again for next year!!
