Great location

We recently returned from a fantastic stay at Les Hetres. The gite is beautifully furnished and finished to a high standard, very comfortable and homely. The owners were very welcoming and gave lots of information and suggestions about places to explore in the area. We were also able to buy delicious fresh fruit, jam, eggs and relish! Armaille has a beautiful river where we spent several hours relaxing in the peaceful surroundings. There are also interesting towns and villages within easy reach by car. Many thanks for our lovely break.

Had a wonderful stay, very quiet and peaceful in very rural surroundings. Village is very picturesque, with a long stretch of riverbank accessible and abundant aquatic wildlife. Accommodation is very clean and neat and we especially enjoyed cooking local produce on the gas barbecue. The owners were onsite and were very generous and helpful, and we brought back quantities of their delicious home-made jam. We found lots to see and do within a short drive, and especially enjoyed a local Breton market to the north-west. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable rural retreat.

Very well appointed, spotlessly clean accomodation, in a picturesque village. The gite is particularly suited to couples. The owners could not be more welcoming. Lots to see and do in the area. Good restaurants within easy reach

The property is in excellent condition and spotlessly clean. The proprietors are on site and were extremely helpful with information etc. We enjoyed the fact that we could purchase eggs and jam - both home produced. Pouance the next town provides a large supermarket which we used to but produce for a BBQ in the garden. I would thorough recommend this accommodation, for people who like to walk, sightsee and generally like peace and quiet.
