Our second time here and we will be back! This is the most absolutely wonderful place for relaxing, fishing and seeing wildlife. The last time we were thrilled with seeing manatees, this time was river otters and an eagle.

We had such a wonderful time. We wenting tubbing, crabbing, boating and fishing. Your home is beautiful. All my families needs where filled. We didn't have to bring much. We did see a family of Manatees!
The fish feeder is agreat idea.

Our family really enjoyed our 4 day stay at this riverhouse. It was awesome! We were a little afraid the indoor space might be tight since we had 14 adults insde the house and 2 that stayed in the rv space with camper.
This place is really spacious and clean. It's very nicely furnished with all the amenities that anyone needs. Just bring along your suitcase and some food. It was more accomodating than we expected. The docks were were very nice. Place has a large shaded back yard.
And last but not least.....the fishing was great! We caught lots of fish. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to fish or just relax. We really enjoyed our stay and are hoping to go again!

What a beauiful house!Great for 2 families, we caught over 70 fish and saw a HYGE GATOR!!! :) We will see you in the future!!

This rental property was absolutely fantastic! Gorgeous house on beautiful property not to mention the sweet smell of Jasmine when you drive in the driveway. The 2 private docks were an added bonus. Every need and want was addressed with this property. It was clean, spacious and all extras were included such as dishes and linens, etc. Had 7 others that accompanied me for a birthday celebration and all were impressed at just how perfect this place was. I would definitely consider renting again and most definitely recommend this property to any interested.

We found this river front home online and we incredibly pleased with everything from communciation to the property itself. We had a few guests stop by while we were attending the Jacksonville horse show and our well-traveled guests were pleasantly surprised that we had found such great accommodations.
The house has a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere combined with all the amenities as represented. Kelly, the owner, was extremely professional and easy to work with as we made our plans. The location on the St. John's River with the two extended docks provided a lot of fun and entertainment. My husband caught a variety of interesting fish every day.
The house is well appointed and clean. The kitchen is nicely outfitted with all of the essentials.
We would definitely recommend this property to literally any type of group from couples to families to people hosting a special event.
