We on the 1st floor directly on the tee box of Barefoot's Norman course in Barefoot Resort. Great for boat watching on the ICW on the other side of the fairway. Our luxury Villa is in close proximity to one of the south's most unique shopping complexes Barefoot Landing with fine dining throughout the resort, and beautiful, lush scenery. You may also enjoy the premier marina for boating and a free shuttle to the beach. We have tennis and basketball courts next to our pool Plus *Free unlimited Netflix movies on demand and flat screen HD TVs with blue ray throughout *. We are 1/2 mile from the Greg Norman Champions Golf Academy

About Skip Sher

My Family and I live in the Triad of North Carolina. We love our trips to Barefoot. I work On Air on a radio morning show and my wife and I own restaurants here in the area..I am also on the HOA Board in Barefoot Resort Ironwood. (so keep the music down please)

Why Skip Sher chose Windy Hill

We love Barefoot. We looked at many places in North Myrtle Beach. We love the fact that you can be so close to all the action, but it seems so far away and peaceful. We picked the first floor so we would not have to carry clubs up and down stairs. Also you can walk out the back Lani to the tee box and the waterway.

What makes this villa unique

Short walk to the Greg Norman Champions Golf Academy.. Close to Barefoot landing and the beach.

This location was perfect! We wanted to stay somewhere quiet, but had all amenities. Just a short drive to the beach. We were close to the pool and practically had it to ourselves all week. The weather was 86 degrees and sunny all week. The beds were very comfortable and this condo had all the comforts of home. We enjoyed sitting on the veranda every nite - we even saw a couple of fawns one evening. Thanks for letting us stay at your condo. We look forward to staying again in the future.

Recommended for: Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

Without a doubt a great villa and an awesome location. A great place to relax after a day at the beach, pool or a round of golf. This villa will have everything you need and more. This will be the villa for us everytime we visit as everything is just a couple minutes away. Thanks for everything as we all had a wonderful time!!!

We enjoyed our stay in your wonderful condo March 11-16, 2012. The 1st floor unit and location to shopping and restaurants to GREAT!! The weather couldn't have been any better for golf and just relaxing by the pool. Thank you!!

You place was great location for our guys golf trip. Having a condo on the 1st floor and on the Barefoot golf course made it easy for us to have our annual chipping contest right outside the back door.( also saved us some money stopping for beer and sandwiches when playing the Norman).
