Why Kristina Carver chose Tropic Winds

I chose Tropic Winds at Panama City Beach for a variety of reasons which obviously include the close proximity to Pier Park (on the West Side for ease of traffic & road noise). I have been visiting Panama City Beach for years and LOVE the white sugar sand and the clear, blue ocean. A Nonstop Flight from Nashville to the New Airport in Panama City Beach beginning in May also played a huge part. I can be at the beach in 1 Hour and 15 minutes!

This condo is beautiful! Everything is exactly as described. The condo is beautifully decorated, everything appears new. We found the condo spotless upon our arrival. This unit had everything we needed for our stay. We didn't even have to deal with bringing our own beach chairs, they were provided in the condo. The view from the balcony is gorgeous, and many afternoons I found I simply wanted to just sit in one of the loungers and enjoy the view. This building seems very family oriented. The owner is excellent in her communication, quick to respond via email or text. This was the first time I have ever had an owner text me upon arrival to check on us. We already have our next trip to this condo planned!

My wife and I stayed here for a very relaxing and fun week. The condo is very nicely decorated and comfortable. You can leave the windows of the master bedroom open at night so that the sound of the waves can smoothly soothe you to sleep. There are plenty of restaurants close by, as well as a nice mall. The owner is extremely friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this condo for your next beach vacation!

Perfect family vacation!

This condo couldn't have been a better choice for our family vacation this year. The unit is furnished beautifully and provided the perfect environment to relax and unwind after a busy school year for our kids.

The views from the enormous balcony were amazing, and the sound of the ocean below came through even though we were up 22 stories!

The assigned parking spot was great and the elevators were, surprisingly, quite fast. The beach was literally only a few steps away from the elevators, and the water couldn't have been more green and blue.

The hustle and bustle was a short drive down Front Beach Road, but this unit is located at the west end, so it was quiet and less hectic for relaxing days on the sand.

We will recommend this condo (especially the owner, who was fabulous to work with) to family and friends. We all had an enjoyable time away and look foward to coming back again!

fantastic Birthday trip

My husband and I stayed at "Beach Daze" for a week during November for my 60th birthday. I had seen the photos, but they just don't do it justice. When you walk into the front door, the ocean view is stunning!
The balcony runs the whole width of the condo with doors leading out from the living area and the master bedroom! Even in November we were able to sit out there with shorts or a swimsuit very comfortably. We watched stingrays swiming gingerly along in rows, and pelicans floating by at eye level. Waking up to the waves breaking and sun peaking through the sliding doors is marvelous. The master bedroom is roomy and has its own bathroom. The guest room also has its own bath-
room as well. The decor is exactly what you expect when at the beach and very tastefully done. The condo was very clean and also has a washer/dryer which is convenient. I would definitely reccomend this to any friends or family. Pier Park is just a little over a mile away, and is a great place to shop and eat, but far enough away that you don't have all the traffic around. I reccomend this to anyone that wants to enjoy this beautiful beach area!

Spent far-too-few days in this sharp, new condo in PCB - you cannot get closer to the beach than this! Amazing views, extremely short walk to the beach. Fabulous views - could have spent every moment of the day on the huge balcony overlooking the Gulf. Great value - and even a small indoor pool for the kiddos if it's too cool or rainy to be outside! Super-nice owner, too.

Enjoyed the new condo, lots of space, great balcony. Close to attractions but far enough away for a little piece and quiet. Owner very helpful, and great price!
Pool was small, but we are beach people so that doesn't bother me!
