Hi, my name is Darryl. I divide my time between this place and Atlanta. I like the property because of the terrific sunsets nearly every evening, and it's located directly on the bay. I also like quiet Ruskin (home of the famous Ruskin tomato) with it's old school Florida charm. And if you like the night life, it's a 20 minute drive to Ybor City in Tampa, or a 20 minute boat ride to a marina at St. Pete. I hope you enjoy the place as much as I do!!!
