I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this house! Everything was clean, and it was decorated beautifully, yet comfortable. The owner, Yoita, was a great hostess. Not only did she contact me immediately, she was very pleasant. She even left us wine and a cheese platter to welcome us. We had a group of 10 women and we fit comfortably. The view was beautiful. I would highly recommend this property.

Fall weekend - PERFECT!

We rented this beautiful house for our family to attend a near-by wedding and also to have a mini family vacation with our children and their spouses. The location is great, only a few miles from the reception. It's right on a beach on Buzzrds Bay. The home is well appointed, spacious, beds very comfortable, impeccably clean...even a welcome bottle of wine and platter of cheese and crackers.
My family enjoyed the 2 man kayak a few times, walks on the beach, a nearby playground when our grandson visited. The house is stocked with board games, DVD's, BIG flat screen TV.
Overall a perfect getaway to a wonderful property.

PERFECT Cape Rental

I recently stayed in this rental for the weekend of my wedding this September. The house is absolutely gorgeous inside and out. The owners take really good care of the property and it shows! I stayed here with 12 adults and everyone fit comfortably. Everyone complimented me on finding such a beautiful rental - I owe it all to Yiota! Yiota provided excellent customer service and timely response to my inquiry - she even provided champagne and cheese platter for us to celebrate our wedding! This rental would be perfect for a family get-together with children as well. The beach in the bay is perfect for little children to play in and the house is private enough and away from the Cranberry Highway. We all really enjoyed our stay and we are planning to make another trip to the cape to stay here! You will not be disappointed with this rental!

This property located right now Buttermilk Bay could not be more spectacular. The house easily accommodated the 12 people in our party and was a perfect location for a few days of R & R. Speaking for the collective group, we look forward to the next opportunity to rent this property.

We rented the the home for a week so our family could celebrate our 50th Wedding Anniversary. The home is clean, nicely furnished, and just as described. We brought 12 persons and had plenty of room. There is much to do in the area. We rented paddle boards, another kayak, and took windsurfing lessons. We fixed breakfast at home and had lunch and dinner at nearby restaurants, the seafood is great. We brought a dog and kept him at an excellent kennel, Animal Inn, in Sandwich, only $21.00 per day. All in all we loved the house, the location, the restaurants, and the availability of entertainment.

Your home was as beautiful as the pictures. We had a wonderful week and the air conditioning was wonderful. Our grandchildren range in age from seven months to 9 years of age and your location was perfect. The bay was great, very safe for the children and your yard was the perfect place for our nitely baseball games. The kids had fun being in their "bunk room" and eventually they fell asleep. Our final night we had a campfire and made smores, thanks for the snacks! I especially liked the fact that on leaving we didn't have to deal with the bridge traffic. Thanks again for everything our family had a great time filled with a million memories.

A place where the magic begins

We had a wonderful experience! Our dog Tillie did also! The panoramic view from the deck was beautiful. Everyday was filled with bike riding on the canal, kyaking in Buttermilk Bay, fishing off the canal, digging for mussels, clams, and cohogs, spending time with the grandkids in the wading pools looking for snails, minows, crabs, and you name it. The evenings were just as wonderful escaping to the many little decks and places to carry on conversations, read, and play a host of games.
It was everything we expected and more. Thank you for allowing us to use your home.

Absolutely the best!

Our large family of children and grandchildren have rented vacation homes for the past 4 years. This home was wonderful in every way. Not only is it beautiful inside and out, but everything you could ever need is there for you. It exceeded our expectations in cleanliness and comfort.
We spent hours on the private beach which is perfect for children, and loved the kayak! All walked out to the little "island" at low tide which was fun. We even had a christening ceremony for the baby on the shore with extended family which was very special, and then barbequed afterwards. The setting was perfect!
Other activities included biking on the canal path, enjoying lunch at the Lobster Pot in town, finding treasures in the nearby antique shops - also tried the ocean beach but all decided the bay was much more relaxing. The kids loved smores at the fire pit one night - all the ingredients were included in the lovely basket of goodies we received from Yiota, the owner, upon our arrival. She is wonderful and did everything to make our stay so enjoyable - thank you!

Great vacation home

Our experience was wonderful. Yiota was a pleasure to deal with. She always responded promptly to phone calls and e-mails. Yiota gave great advice of area restraunts and attractions. The house was immaculate and was furnished with everything you could imagine. The beach was great for our young family. Catching fish, crabs, hermit crabs, and we even saw a few horseshoe crabs. We celebrated a wedding and the house accommodate our immediate family perfectly. We enjoyed Bonfires at night and even tried kayaking. I would recommend this house to anyone. We may even go back one day ourselves.

Bachelorette Weekend for my daughter!!!!!!

This house was better than excellent. It began when we were greeted by the owner who could not have been nicer and accomodating. The house is immaculate and the grounds and the view is just beautiful. Just like the photos in the listing. The house has everything you will need for your vacation. Just bring your food and clothes! It is in a convenient location to grocery stores, restaurants and a water park for the kids. Our party consisted of my daughters bridesmaids, couple of close friends, two aunts and mom..(14). We had more than enough room. We are already talking about making this place an annual vacation spot.
