Great place to stay, great service and the property manager was just amazingly helpful, new just about everything, she was very clear with rules and very knowledgeable about the town and festivals and events. The house was just as describe in the listing and much bigger then what you see in the pictures. Very clean and spacious kitchen, and all we had to do was enjoy the house. We stayed between the 11-18 of March 2012, We got married at the Sundy House which it was minutes away, so no worries for the bride. The view was great from the rooms, and the neighbors were very nice. Highly recommend this property if you want class and comfort for your family.

I don't know how to start thanking the property manager, for all the help and understanding, very clear about the house rules and knowledgeable about the city, restaurants, events, festivals and the surroundings. We stayed between March 11 - 18, 2012. The House was crazy beautiful, just like you see in the pictures, very well describe in the listing. The pool had just the right temperature and the kids loved it. The kitchen had everything we needed, very spacious. We went kayaking around the neighborhood and had a great BBQ night. I got married at the Sundy House which it was only minutes away, so no stress for the bride. The neighbors were very friendly. The main street of DelRay and beaches are just about 5 mins away. Highly recommend for a small family and kids. I have nothing else to say but thank you for letting us stay and enjoy this property.

We came from NH in April, 2011. Grandparents, daughters with their husbands and three small children. The property was as described in the listing, and we especially needed and like the spaciousness, the lay-out of rooms. Children could sleep early at night while the adults stayed up later. Children and adults alike enjoyed the pool so much that we didn't make it to Delray Beach public beach until the third full day. The beautiful kitchen allowed us the fun of making meals together and eating together, much easier with small children than restaurant eating with the wait at the table, etc. We liked this rental from the pictures, and in fact it was as good as we hoped. Winter in NH went right out of our minds, that second week of April, 2011. We'd go there again in a minute, and would certainly recommend it to family and friends.

My brother and I enjoyed staying at this property between Christmas and New years with our spouses and children, ranging in age from 2 to 17. The property was clean, stocked, and uncluttered, which we appreciated. The living room/media room/modern kitchen was the perfect open, indoor/outdoor space for our large group and the big windows made it extremely pleasant. We loved using the heated pool which was pretty right beside the waterway in which we fished. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and we biked to the Delray 18 movie theater and eateries nearby and to Atlantic Avenue regularly. The landlord was very responsive and nice. The big boat docked next to the patio took a bit of getting used to (non-water safe children must be watched closely on dock) and two of the smaller bedrooms needed bigger or twin beds to fit more than one person comfortably, but otherwise, it was a perfect spot. We'll be back!

My fiance and I brought our wedding party down to Delray for a weekend and this house was perfect! The manager was incredibly accommodating and the house was lovely. Very comfy beds and lots of space. The only hiccup was we couldn't get the pool heater to work- but we had a great time regardless! Thanks again!
