Three bedroom / two bath units ''Stone's throw'' from the beach with ocean view from the covered porch. Updated with central air conditioning, ceramic tile, ceiling fans throughout. New full size washer & dryer in unit. Tastefully decorated with beach decor. Very well maintained. New carpet 2011. New A/C 2012. Assigned spaces for two with additional street parking. Multiple families ? Rent both1st and 2nd floor units

Sleeps eight to ten persons comfortably. Bedrooms have queen size beds. One bedroom has a queen and a double. Queen sleep sofa in the livingroom as well as cable TV, VCR & DVD.. Cable TV in one additional bedroom. Two full baths, one with a tub/shower and smaller bath with shower. Kitchens are fully stocked and equipped with coffee-maker, microwave, toaster and blender. Full size washer & dryer. Central Air. Updates made every year.

You will find all the comforts of home. The ocean is literally steps away which makes it easy to come and go for lunch, naps & potty runs. No hassle getting to and from the beach. No highways to cross. Less crowded beach away from the cluster of highrises. Easy walk to Royal Farms for your morning coffee and newspaper. Restaurants nearby for dining in or carryout. We have stayed at Pelican Beach ever since the O'Connor's purchased the property in 2000. We actually come for two weeks every year for the Marlin Tournament. We look forward to our home time at the beach and consider Pelican Beach our home away from home. Every year we look forward to see the changes they have made. It is so nice to deal with owners that really care about their property. We consider them our friends.
