Huge loft, close to everything

Really enjoyed our recent stay in Memphis at this loft. We were in walking distance to attractions downtown such as The Civil Rights Museum, The Peabody, River Walk, Mud Island, Beale street, and Music Museums. We also drove the easy five miles to the Zoo (which is one of the best I have ever seen) and other attractions and restaurants. The food in this area is really good, famous fried chicken right outside your door, Pearls Oyster house only a few blocks way (good fish and Cajun classics), South of Beale (a new gastro pub), The Green Beetle (one of the oldest pubs in town with good breakfast options), and many other innovative bars and restaurants. There are also art studios and antique shops near by.
For the loft itself, great design choices all around, technically there are 2 full baths, and 2 half baths, so a bath on each floor and one with the washer and dryer. The spacious garage easily accommodates 2 large vehicles which is a luxury in a city. The rooftop deck was great to hang out on and having bedrooms on separate floors gave everyone the space they needed. We are not TV watchers, but each bedroom and the living area had a huge big flat screen TVs. My dogs got a lot of exercise by being able to take them to all the area restaurants with outdoor seating. This is a very dog friendly area with parks within a block that provide pick up bags. I am not sure why anyone would stay at a hotel with options like this. Definitely the place to stay in Memphis.
