These include orange, grapefruit, jackfruit, star fruit, lychee, banana, and many others. Tenants can help themselves and partake of mother nature's bounty. Visitors in Nov-Jan are free to pick of the starfruit which bloom in the hundred in the mature tree on the grounds. In addition, tenants can enjoy the vast number of native plants and exotic flowers. Palm trees, Norfolk Pine, and 80 foot Evergreens circumscribe the property.

Gazebo

Standing above the property, the gazebo is magical escape, perfect for socializing with friends, massage therapy work or meditation. The Gazebo is positioned on the top of a ridge with expansive views. What makes it completely unique, is that it is about 10 feet above the ground built into a circle of 50 foot manila palms. Originally planted this way to serve as a focal point for meditation or as an energy center, there are another 3 triangular palms that run through the structure itself and 10 that encircle it.
