You have discovered the nicest condominium available in the popular Ledges Complex at the Lake of the Ozarks. First offered for rental in June of 2011, this is a RARE 3 Bedroom 2 Bath unit located on the tip of the point of the complex at the water's edge! This spectacular condo offers nearly 1900 square feet of space inside and a 100 foot wrap-around deck outside overlooking the Pool with an outstanding view of the Lake's main channel!

There are many great things to list about the condo. Please, first scroll all the way down to see the pictures that are worth a thousand words... Rest-assured that your family and friends will be staying in a very clean, very well-appointed condo featuring many luxury amenities. The Decor' and Furnishings are all very nice and Comfortable! The entertainment system is top-notch featuring a large flat panel HDTV and a Bose home theater sound system. Bring along your laptop and log onto the INTERNET at High-Speed!

BOATERS: Our 14 x 40 foot cruiser slip is close by and available upon request. The State Park is just a short drive away and offers very nice ramping facilities as well as short to long-term trailer parking for your Boat or Personal Watercraft Trailer. By water, you'll be on the 20.5 Mile Marker which is just around the corner from the Grand Glaize Bridge!

LADIES' WEEKENDS: All the shopping at the Lake is close by! The Lake of the Ozarks hosts the Factory Outlet Village, the largest Outlet Mall in the State with over 110 factory direct outlets. The Lake of the Ozarks is an area we've always enjoyed vacationing. Once we were in a position to purchase a vacation home, this was our first choice! There's been so much growth at the Lake in recent years that all the comforts of home are right here - when you're 'away from it all' at the lake, everything you need is still close by which makes it that much more relaxing to take a break!

What makes this condo unique

The Ledges is a conveniently located, popular complex in the Heart of Osage Beach. The Ledges offers the hard to find combination of outstanding main-channel views and the serenity of a peaceful no-wake cove. The complex offers two pools, one of which is just beneath the condo on the point of the property with a great view of the Lake - also a great location to enjoy the sunset. In addition, there is a sandy beach play and swim area that the kids really enjoy!

This was a great place to stay! It was clean, well decorated, and at the same time felt very welcoming! My family, friends, and I had a wonderful time and wished we could have stayed longer. We will definatly be checking to see if this condo is available next time we visit the lake!

Oh yes and the property manager was very helpful to us before and during our stay! Wonderful experience!

Great girls weekend

I booked this condo for my future sister-in-law's bachelorette party. Her mom and two aunts also joined us along with her sisters and a few friends. We were not planning a wild and crazy weekend, just a last hurrah before the big day. We hung out by the pool, did some shopping and took a boat ride on a chartered boat in the evening. The condo was PERFECT; clean as could be, nice furnishings, comfortable beds, a great stereo system that had speakers inside and out on the deck. We had plenty of room for everyone to hang out and were close enough to everything we needed in Osage Beach. The view from the condo could not have been better, I wish we'd been able to watch the sunset there, but had plans both nights we were there.

A great home away from home

My family of 6 and my friend's family of 5 just had a weekend getaway in this condo in Osage Beach. The condo was clean and very comfortable for our party. The deck is HUGE and offers a 270 degree of lake view (both at the boat dock and the main channel). The outdoor speakers are awesome. The deck can easily accomodate a party of 30 people or more. My family enjoyed sitting on the deck, sipping magaritta and watching the sunset.

The kitchen with full cookwares was convenient.

We rented a boat and Jason provided a boat slip. It was just a few steps from the unit.

Overall, it was a great experience and Jason was very easy to work with.

I would give a 5 stars if the pullout sofa was more comfortable.

I would rent this condo again.

Great place for a family retreat- spectacular view!

We just returned from a weekend stay at this unit in The Ledges~ this was an extended family trip with 9 adults and one toddler~ this was our first family trip as a group and I was thrilled when we walked in the front door. The place was perfect for our group. We could not get over the size of the deck and the view~we spent quite a bit of time watching boats come and go. The deck also overlooks the pool, which was great as my mother could sit on the deck and see my son and I swimming down below- she felt like she was at the pool with us. From a 'mommy perspective', the deck was completely safe for my 2 1/2 year old. I didn't have to worry when he was out there with us. The managers strictly adhere to the pool hours, so we didn't have to worry about noise from the pool late into the night....we could sit out on the balcony/deck and enjoy the evening.
The unit is really nice- updated, clean, and spacious. Two of the bedrooms have sliding doors that go out onto the deck~I looked at several places online and was crossing my fingers-- I had nothing to worry about~ even with 9 of us, there was plenty of space to spread out~large dining table, tv area, and couches. In the morning we would open the blinds and see the large lake view. It seems like a great place to stay into the fall as well as there are 2 fireplaces. We prepared every meal in the condo and had all of the amenities/utensils we needed.
Jason, the owner, was always quick to repsond to our questions and emails which really put me at ease.
The unit is close to the docks~ we rented a boat at one of the suggested rental places and pulled around to pick everyone up on the dock next to the building.
The beachy area is located on the other side of the parking lot, several buildings down from the unit, but just a short walk. It was enough space for my son to dig in the sand and play in the water.
We had such a great time and are already beginning to plan our next trip back.
