This property is approximately 20 minutes from the Las Vegas strip. This house is located in the northwest part of the city with the foothills backing to it. It is located in a quiet family friendly community. You will find this home to be luxurious & comfortable with all its modern decor & state of the art technology. The living room is equipped with a 40 inch HDTV great for watching movies or just regular TV. All bedrooms are equipped with 19 inch LCD TVs, as well as each bedroom has its own full private bath. One bedroom & bath is located on the ground level & then the 3rd bedroom, bath, Master bedroom, bath, & laundry room are located on the 3rd floor. The living room, kitchen, dining room, & half bath are located on the 2nd floor. There is a balcony off the kitchen/dining room area that has a gas grill for barbecuing. The house is equipped with Digital Cable & Wireless High-Speed Internet service. This house has everything to make it a great 'Home Away from Home'.

Ideal Location: You have everything you want within walking distance: Grocery store, Retail stores, Restaurants, Fitness center, Beauty salons, & Gambling.

Very clean and well appointed

We came over with our family and because we were with the kids we wanted a location away from the strip and all that craziness. This house was indeed a home away from home. We had everything we needed and the kids felt very comfortable. The house is beautiful and very clean and well maintained. The community is very quiet too, we haven't heard any neighbors. Around the community there were lots of grocery stores, fast food places, restaurants and other shopping venues. Also, it is close located freeway so you can get to your desired destination easily. Would definitely recommend. Thank you Loren:-)

Clean, Quiet and Comfortable!!

Our stay was truly a pleasure in this condo! It is very clean and well appointed. I especially liked the decor! And a bathroom in each bedroom was really great - we all could get ready without waiting to shower! The home is very convenient to highway access as well as numerous restaurants, shopping venues, and the surrounding mountains. The owner is very accessible for questions and acted immediately when I mentioned to him that an outside light was burned out. I would stay here again without hesitation and highly recommend it for families with older children.

I stayed at this house for almost six weeks this summer and had a blast. There are too many good things to say about this home and its location. I'll try to list the highlights. It is quiet and peaceful. Its walking distance to grocery shopping and great restaurants. Its less than a mile away from two major freeways. I can't stress enough how beautifully decorated this home is. Its also stocked with EVERYTHING you need. The owner is very accessible and ready to answer any and all questions you might have. This place definitely stands out and is worth your attention.
