Our extended family just got back from a 3 day stay at this location for a Christmas getaway and had a great time. The property was in a great location right on the water with excellent views. We found the house clean and orderly. The house was stocked with everything our family of 15 required. There's a huge movie library with lots of games and entertainment in the game room. We found the layout of the house perfect for our large family with children. Our vacations are pretty chaotic with 7 kids total but they were able to enjoy the downstairs gameroom, play and be loud while the adults enjoyed the upper level portion of the house for movies and preparing meals. Overall, we were very impressed and felt the house delivered on the promises made on the website. We will definitely be returning guests.

Me and my friends went to the Grand Lake to spend the weekend there. The house is perfect. It is perfectly prepared for taking in a group of people!! Well equiped, clean, perfectly located,... There are no other words: It's absolutely perfect!! And the owners are very trustful. Thanks for everything!! I'm sure we will come back soon!! Thanks!!

This will be brief as I usually do not review stays, but I feel obligated as this place was great. Finding it was somewhat of an adventure (primarily because I let me GPS drive - Follow the owners directions!). Upon arrival, I was amazed at how pretty it was. The house is kept well, all appliances worked great and there is a plethora of games downstairs (Foosball, pingpong, TV, etc). Two wonderful decks overlooking the lake. Neighbors are not very close at all. Quite road and area. Boat slip if you decide to bring yours (no lift, but calm part of lake so no problem there). There is no internet, but if you have a mobile hotspot, the cellular service will suffice. Big HD tv upstairs. Plenty of parking. Anyway, don't hesitate! Great place! Oh, almost forgot. We were grilling outside and the propane ran out. I really wasn't that upset as I can see how that would happen. I called the owner and he directed me to another full can ready to go! Thumbs-up!

This cabin is perfect for multi-families. The adults and children both enjoyed it the same.
Our family has been Grand lake owners for 43 years however our cabin is too small for our growing family, so we use Clay's and it is excellent. So many great memories for our second generation !
Also an excellent location on Drowning Creek. And Drowning Creek is a great place to be on Grand Lake. Enjoy !

I decided to reserve this place after seeing all of the positive feedback from previous tenets. We stayed at this lake house for a weekend, there were 12 of us total, and this place had plenty of room for us all. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and looking out across the water. It's a quiet place with very little traffic. There were plenty of things for the kids to do between swimming times. The downstairs has Foosball, ping pong, and there is even a TV with a DVD player with a good selection of DVDs. The kids can entertain themselves (loudly) downstairs without bother the boring adults upstairs :) I don't normally rate anything with 5 stars because there's usually something that could have made it better. This place is great, just about anything you will need (i.e. colander for spaghetti)There is even a paddle boat you are welcome to use here, I think that's where the 5th star comes from. If you are thinking about reserving this place, just do it. You won't regret it, and you wont be able to find anything this nice at a reasonable cost. We WILL visit again next year! Thanks!!!!!

We rented this lovely home with our grown children and 9 grandchildren and it was so large and spacious we never felt crowded. It also came with two boat docks, in which our son took advantage of one with his boat. The other had a paddle boat that came as a "bonus" and our grandchildren spent hours on it. In fact my husband nicknamed our 5 & 7 year olds "Tom & Huck". There was a beautiful view from the deck and it is in a quiet neighborhood. There was everything we needed to cook with, dishwasher, washer & dryer! (We really "roughed" it.) The game tables in the basement also helped entertaine the kids when they weren't on the water. This was our first time at Grand Lake and even though it's about a 6-7 hour drive we feel we will be going back and can't think of any place we would rather stay. The owner was also quite helpful in making sure our needs were met and also helping to recommend accomodations for our extended family who were staying nearby. We made some great memories and recommend others to do the same. Hope to be back soon!!!!

Perfect for what our family needed!

This vacation property was absolutely amazing. The house is gorgeous and the scenery looks like Heaven. Words cannot describe how gorgeous this place is. Everyone should experience a week-end at Grand Lake.
