Modern apartment with various issues.

Spacious modern apartment with various annoying issues. Groups of up to three people can stay here, but you are only give ONE key. The key is also a fob that allows entry into the building and gains access to the elevator, so it's frustrating if your group comes and goes separately. The block is filled with 20-something party-lovers. It's loud and the fire alarm went off after one party at 4.30am. The view outside the window in the lounge: barbed wire.
No welcome pack on arrival. No information on the block's facilities or even an internet password. No information on how to check out. No working land line, but a cordless telephone blinks in the corner of the room; it doesn't work. Check-in took 50 minutes and lots of phone calls (the leasing office initially refused to help because our names weren't on the lease). Not good for international visitors who don't have a local phone (I can't imagine how huge our British cell phone will be!).
After I settled in, I emailed the owner with my concerns. Three days later, I'd heard nothing back, so I emailed again. I was then told they would talk to their manager and the building management. That was three days ago. I check out tomorrow and have heard nothing. Shoddy! I wonder if they will read this and find the time to respond?
There is a small queen-sized bed in the bedroom. It's soft, squeaky and uncomfortable. The sofa bed is also incredibly uncomfortable (and there's no comforter; just sheets and a pillow).
You have to pay a substantial cleaning fee, but we found moldy bread in the cupboard and dirty cutlery in the drawer. Annoying! Plus, only one wine glass in the cupboard (for three people!) and one toilet roll supplied for your stay.
There's a great, big pool and spa surrounded by model types. There might be a gym, but we didn't find it and wasn't told about it. I don't think this is a family-friendly place. Not for kids. Or for groups who aren't doing everything together because of the ONE key issue. Such a shame.
