Great family home with easy access to the 60 freeway, 1 mile away from Banner Gateway Hospital (4 min. drive), and less a night than a hotel room! This is a family owned home and we know the area! We are happy to point you in the direction of what your needs are! We respect privacy and have a lock box so you don't have to interact with anyone after a long day of travel. This home is owned by my grandparents as a vacation home so it doesn't have beds that feel like cement blocks, and it is stocked with things you need for house living. Unlike many other listings we do have kitchen utensils, and MORE THAN ENOUGH TOWELS! Because it is owned by my grandparents (with a grandfather in a wheelchair), and me being a quadriplegic (full-time wheechair user) there is ramp access and a A ROLL-IN SHOWER. I am able to access the entire house in my wheelchair. We have connections to companies for medical supplies if you need them in a pinch (like a lost bag), and we are happy to help you find a solution. If you need a bath chair we could supply one for you. A description of the home by rooms:

Garage: It is a two car garage, but it fits one because its small.

Front sitting room: This room has the air hockey table, a sitting area, a small train set to build for the kids (and some of us adults), and more than enough room for two of the blow up beds.

Kitchen and Living room: This is a full kitchen with everything you need to cook, and the living room has a mounted flat screen TV with cable and a DVD. It has a dining table in between the two that seats four. There is a recliner, rocking chair, a sitting chair, and a couch in the sitting area of the living room.

Master Bedroom: There is a comfortable king bed, sitting chair, a private bathroom currently being turned into a wheelchair accessible bathroom with a walk/roll in closet.

Two front bedrooms: Both have full sized beds, but only one has a memory foam gel matress top. Both rooms have closets.

Second bathroom: This bathroom is a tub shower, it has two new SOLID grab bars, and a handle near the toilet. (Three grab bars total)

Laundry room: There is a new front load Washer/Dryer that are HE and can handle large loads!! That means less laundry to do!

Backyard: It has a grass area great for relaxing, a brand new COMFORTABLE patio furniture set that seats 6, and has an umbrella. There are two lounge chairs with a small table to place your drinks on while soaking up the sun. There is a propain BBQ and across from that a grill area for charcoal BBQing. The BBQ area is seperated by a blocked in area so less smoke in your face and easier to keep the kids away. These amenities are not pictured because they are BRAND NEW! You have to have a great backyard area to enjoy the AMAZING weather in Arizona.

This is a place bought with LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! in mind! There is a mall, Wal-Mart, Target, Costco, restaurants, and MUCH MORE within 4 miles! Yes, 4 MILES! If you drive North on Higley just over 3 miles there is a local theater company called Broadway Palm. About three miles away there is a farmers market that has the most AMAZING deals of fruit and veggies! The house is approx. 30 minutes East of downtown PHX, about 25 minutes to Sky Harbor airport, approx. 20 minutes to Mesa Gateway, 20 mins to ASU, and 25 minutes to Scottsdale. This is a great home away from home!
