Sea La Vie is a superb large Island home which will sleep up to 10 people. Set within 1 acre of natural grounds the heated pool and patio are very private and secluded. Only a short stroll ( 100 yards ) to the beach or a quick bike ride to the shops and restaurants. The excellent Stone Crab restaurant is only 100 yards away. With numerous recreational facilities, large open rooms, highly equipped kitchen this Villa has it all!

Relax on the patio beside the large heated lap pool. Take the beach chairs and develop your 'Sanibel Stoop' while shelling. Take the bikes and enjoy cycling on the 27 miles of bike paths. Kayak on Tarpon Bay and look out for Dolphins, flying fish and numerous birds. Bring your golf clubs and play The Dunes and Beach View Golf courses.

A wonderful upscale home just across West Gulf Drive from the Gulf of Mexico the home offers beach access, heated pool, sundeck, bicycles, wi-fi, multiple TV's, DVD players, pool/billiard/table tennis table,foosball,darts board and much much more.. A large extremely well stocked kitchen with a full range of housewares - cooker with 5 ring hob, Fridge Freezer, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, Iron/ironing board, coffee machine, liquidizer, dishwasher and very well stocked kitchen equipment.

Master with King sized bed, large dressing room, en-suite with dual wash basins,large shower, lovely claw foot bath.

A further 3 King Beds and one twin bed, 2 further bath/shower.

Large Great room with sofas, chairs, desk, wall mounted flat screen TV, surround sound, DVD, leading to dining area with large 10 seater dining table. Beautifully and newly furnished.

Beach towels can be provided at an extra cost. The bedding and towels can be changed at any time during your stay for an extra cost.

We have been holidaying on Sanibel for 20 years. I fell in love with it at first sight and it has been a love that I share with my husband and children. The sun, the sea, the wildlife, the quaint shops and many restaurants are just a few of the reasons why we love it. Sunsets you can only dream of. Dolphins swimming just yards from the beach. Kayaking amid the jumping Tarpon fish and I could go on and on...The children have always enjoyed the freedom that they have had due to the friendly and safe enviroment. There is something for everyone, It's outdoor living at it's very best!

Steps from the beach, and cycling distance from everything on the Island. With all the sporting facilities , fishing, tennis, golf, swimming, kayaking, sailing, segway, gym, jet-ski the list is endless. Lazing in the sun, shelling, reading the day away. Well we kept our appointment to see "THE" house. We are still smiling. What you have done is simply delightful! All caution has been thrown out of the window and we are in love with your house. Bottom line? You had us at the elevator!
