This place is worth going to every year. The owners are super to work with and the condo is great, very clean and a lot of room. The scene fron the balcony over the pool and ocean are fantastic, worth the trip. I believe this was one of our best vacations yet.

We had a wonderful week in North Redington Beach. This unit was perfect for our family. We had 7 people in the condo with room to spare. The unit was clean and we loved the bright and cheery colors. We all loved the fact that it was on the 1st floor (not ground level but above garage). It makes for easy transfer from condo to beach with chairs, toys etc. This unit also supplies beach towels which is a plus! The location is great and so close to many nice restaurants. Mitzie was great to work with and always so kind and helpful in every way. I can not wait for our family to return again to this unit!

This was our family’s first visit to Redington Beach and we will not hesitate to return next year, to stay in the same unit, and to recommend it to our families and friends! It was PERFECT FOR OUR FAMILY group five (mom, dad, child and grandparents). The unit was EXTREMELY CLEAN and well-maintained. We were able to find everything easily and there were lots of beach toys for our four-year-old to play with and there were plenty of pool/beach towels. The LOCATION IS GREAT because it is right next door to the DoubleTree by Hilton, which provided easy access to beach cabanas directly in front of the condo as well as to the tiki bar (nice refreshing drinks!). The layout of the unit is nice: two bedrooms at the entrance end of the hallway and the master suite with direct access to the ocean-front balcony. We also took advantage of the barbecue pit to cook steaks and fish. Mitzie (the owner) did a fantastic job communicating with us throughout the process. In short, we cannot say enough positive things about this place!

This is a yearly trip with spouse and friends. First time to stay two weeks! We had just a great time we will return for two weeks again in the fall!

The condo is very spacious and it worked out great having the washer and dryer! The owners were great in answering all of our questions!

Many great places to dine in the area. We enjoyed the Conch Republic, The Original Pizza Restaurant, and The Lighthouse to name a few. The Pub is another great place to eat. You are able to sit outside and watch the boats pass by!

Great beach-side condo! We appreciate the fact the Mitzi and Jerry keep the place clean. You can tell they appreciate their clients! This was our second time staying in this condo and trust me, we will be back! Thanks for everything Mitzi!

We rented this condo for our Spring Break vacation with our teenage daughters (16 and 18) and we all absolutely loved it. Our fears of wild college parties everywhere were unfounded. There were mostly families with children and teenagers, or retired folks. The beach is fantastic, pool and hot tub are great. The pool is heated to a nice temperature, which is nice to go swimming early morning or evening. We liked that the condo was on the first floor, so it was quick to get from the beach and pool and back. The proberty was clean and well maintained, so is the beach. The condo had everything we needed and more. Everything was described accurately. The pictures on the website look good, but it looks much better "for real". The views of the beach and ocean from the living room and master bedroom are spectacular. The balcony has a small table and chairs and it was our favorite hang-out at breakfast and sunset for nature and people watching. You can rent beach chairs, umbrellas, jet skis, and sail boats right out on the beach. The condo also provides lounge chairs for the beach and towels, which is great. We brought our tennis rackets and found a couple of nice courts in a park a block down the road, a five minute walk. There is a trolley that goes up and down the road right outside the condo, that many people were using, We never did, but if somebody doesn't have a car, it is a great way to get around to all the nearby restaurants and stores. We are telling all our friends and family about this place and are planning on going back (hopefully soon).

The condo was fantastic, we had 5 adults and 2 children(ages 2 and 4). There was plenty of room in the condo. Everybody loved the pool and the beach. We all enjoyed the view from the balcony. We went to the Lowry Park Zoo, our children loved it! The tiki bar at the Doubletree was great. The outside grill by the pool was nice to have. Our daughter did not want to leave and she wants us to go back to the same place next year. Thanks Mitzie and Jerry!

I was a little bit apprehensive about making a reservation for a beach condo, since many of these condos are set back from the beach quite a bit. Boy was I surprised, it was a simple walkout and into the water. Great location, and my family enjoyed it big time. Even saw Dolphins playing in the waves. Without hesitation I would recommend this place to many. Thank you , Tom & Mary
