This condo was perfect for a relaxing week in Punta Cana. It was spacious and clean and just a short walk to the beach. The pool and the beach were quiet and you didn't have to deal with the crowds you would normally deal with at the resorts. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had prior and during our stay. I would rent to property again in a heartbeat!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful condo at Playa Turquesa. It is a very convenient location with a grocery store right across the street and plenty of restaurants to choose from.

The owners quickly responded to any questions we had before and during our vacation. And Linda the property manager was very helpful with giving us tour suggestions. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay and it was only a short walk to the gorgeous turquoise beach. I definitely recommend this condo. It was one of the best trips I've ever been on and it was such a fun all girls vacation.

We have to agree with the excellent reviews others have posted, and are not sure what more there is to say.
The condo is in fact very nice - with cool clean tiles and stone, and all the mod cons. From morning lattes to late night blender drinks, to anything required for meals or snacks, the unit has it. There are 2 TVs with satellite and an iPod docks. You can run the a/c or open windows (all screened, and there are windows facing every direction). The beds and furniture are all modern, comfortable, and stylish; the unit is spacious. One quickly feels very much at home there.
For people who already understand that beach house rental is superior to staying at resorts, one thing I should add regards the location. We rented a car for a week in the middle of our stay, and took the opportunity to look around eastern DR, up the coast to Playa Macao, and down to the massive developments of Cap Cana. In our opinion, Playa Turquesa has the best location of any developments we saw. The others all seemed to require a car to go literally anywhere, except perhaps the beach. A lack of commercial amenities feels lonely and uncivilized. At Playa Turquesa, as noted by others, there are very nice cafes, shops, and a good selection of restaurants nearby, several literally across the road. Picture being able to pop out for a minute and return with pastries from the French bakery, and a bottle of Bailey’s for your coffee from the grocery store because you ran out. I would not even consider another location in the Punta Cana region.

A spacious, bright condo beautifully presented with modern/elegant tile floors and smart contemporary furniture. The beach is a short walk through the complex gardens. The owner's agent looked after us wonderfully.

There's a few stores just outside the complex. For breakfast and lunch, you can choose the cafe/deli or better still, the gelato store just a few doors further. There's a small, but convenient general store between the two stores above.

Transport further from the condo is conveniently provided by taxi mopeds that'll each ferry two people anywhere you want at very reasonable rates. There are always drivers waiting. Nightlife is a short ride away.

For the past 4 years we have been renting condos and we never experienced a a condo with so much amineties their is nothing missing in that condo all new furnatures chosen with taste.The super marquet is at a 5 minute walk, their is several restaurents within a 10 minute walk, the beach is at it's best, lots of chairs are available when you arrive to the beach and one more time several restaurents are within walking distance on the beach.

Beautifully furnished spacious condo, steps away from a private beach. There are two pools, one of which has a swim-up a bar. We spent most of my time on the beach though. There are chairs and cushions for the guests of the condo development - and you don't have to wake up super early to get one! BONUS! The water is turquoise... making this place aptly named!

Having our own condo was just perfect. We could cook our own meals and eat what we wanted, when we wanted. We enjoyed having the option of eating outside on the big balcony. When it got too hot to be in the sun on the beach, we could relax on the balcony in one of comfy the lounge chairs. Even better, if we got too hot, we could turn on the ceiling fans! What an ingenuous idea!

There is a bakery, a pharmacy, a grocery store, a spa and a few other shops right across the complex. There are also countless restaurants along the beach or nearby. Some even deliver (pizza)! Furthermore, when we chose to do offsite trips, it was easy for the company bus to pick us up and drop off at the condo entrance.

The beds are super comfortable, and we slept like babies. We never had to turn on the AC. There was always a nice breeze coming in (hurray for screens). We don't really like big all inclusive resorts, so this place was absolutely perfect for us. We would come back in a heartbeat.

On the recommendation of good friends I rented this condo March 2012 - and am enthusiastic. It forms part of a new development of some 16 apartment houses, a low-rise complex very tastefully planned by an Italian designer right on the white beach with its stone- and coral-free crystal-clear water. The apartment, on the second floor, has a huge balcony with some shade and ocean breeze. It is completely equipped by the owners to their own high-class taste and quality standard throughout, with literally nothing left to be desired and suitable even for permanent living. For what it's worth: wi-fi internet access worked consistently for me and the weather was perfect, with only one evening shower of 10 min. and one of 5 min. Highly recommended.
