Located on the corner of Paseo del Mar and the village green, Casa de Tom sits closer than any other home to the beach. With breath taking views from the second and third level porches, you won't want to miss a sunset from this home!

The main house at Casa de Tom, has three bedrooms, each with their own private bath. A private infinity edge pool overlooks the Pacific ocean. The guest house is a short walk through the beautifully landscaped courtyard in the rear of the house. The guest house or casita has it's own kitchen, a bedroom and an office.

We feel so lucky to have been able to vacation in Las Catalinas! It was a "wow" vacation for us for sure and we enjoyed everything about Las Catalinas starting with the super friendly staff from Stephanie (our housekeeper) to Rocio to Ricardo to Jeffrey (at Lola's)...and I could go on and on. The way that you all are going about developing Las Catalinas is so refreshing...seemingly centered around home and family. The trails we so beautiful and so much fun to walk and bike...the paddle boards were fun and much easier that we thought they would be...the swimming and surf were exquisite...and Tom's house is just amazing with such a comfortable layout and views that we could hardly tear ourselves away from. I could go but I think you get the message - we had a wonderful time! Thank you.
