This was a perfect home for our vacation - a beautiful house with many ammenities located in a very safe gated community with helpful staff. The home could not be located in a more convenient area with Wal Mart just moments up the road and within a 20 minute drive to all major attractions. We were very please with the service we received in booking the home and while we were there! We will definitely be back!!

Can't say enough good things about our stay! Our group of 17 (11 adults, 4 children, and 2 infants) had a wonderful vacation in this home. There was plenty of space for all of us and then some! It was very spacious and open, yet still had a cozy feeling. It was clean, well-kept, tastefully decorated and furnished, and FULL of amenities. There were TONS of dishes, glasses, utensils, bowls, containers, etc. The towels and linens were high quality and very comfortable. The private pool was perfect! (although they looked very nice, we never felt the need to use the resort pool or facilities) In fact, some of the best days of our vacation were spent hanging at the house, swimming in the pool, and barbecuing. The kids really loved to hang out in the game room, and the highchair, stroller, and crib provided came in handy since we had 2 babies.

The resort property (Terra Verde) was very quiet and clean. We felt very safe since it is a gated community.

While we were there, we visited all 4 Disney Parks. The location of the house in conjunction to the parks is great! Close enough to get there within 15 minutes, but far enough away to get some peace and relaxation. There is also plenty of shopping nearby (Walmart, Target, Publix, souvenir shops, Dunkin Donuts, Wawa, etc.) We didn't need to go very far for anything we needed.

And to top it all off- the owner was such a pleasure to deal with! She was very helpful and accommodating and gave prompt responses to any questions I had leading up to and during our stay. Her #1 concern was that we had a wonderful time- and we did! I highly recommend this property, especially if you have a large group. Everyone in our group is looking forward to next time!!

This home looks just like the pictures with minor details like any home would have. When we ran into issues the owner and her team handled right away and or it was scheduled to be handled. The home was big enough for our family of 12 not to run into eachother. I especially enjoyed the layout of the rooms. They were not large rooms but perfect for vacation and had everything you would need including hangers. Oh and there was plenty of soft quality towels. The kichen had everything you would need to cook and the fridgerator was really clean. The only cons was the dryer was very slow at drying and the game room was not up to date. However these were things you can get over with the great pool and view of the lake. It was beautiful. Disney was about a 15 minute drive. Walmart was literally around the corner and Sam's Club down the street. Oh, and the community the home was in was very peaceful and the gate attendants were friendly and did not bother you everytime you went in and out as long as you had a pass in your window. If we ever go back to Florida we will definiely want to stay here again. It felt just like being at home not a hotel. =)

We were very pleased with the property! Everything was very clean and comfortable. The house fit our group of 8 very easily. The pool was well maintained and perfect for evening swims. The location was very nice, with accessibility to the convention center, Disney, and Sea World. The club house was also a plus and we enjoyed happy hour at the Tiki Bar. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Orlando!

I would highly recommend this house for your vacation to Kissimmee (or the Orlando area). This house was absolutely beautiful and better than we expected! It had everything that we needed to make our vacation perfect and more. The property has a lake in the back yard so it was very peaceful relaxing in the hot tub every night and enjoying a morning swim! The resort was very nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Donna provided EXCELLENT customer service and responded to emails very promptly. The property is close to all of the parks and lots of activities in the area. Again, I would definitely recommend this property and we will be using it again in the future!

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The house was exactly what we needed for our large family reunion. The kids loved being able to run around, play in the game room, and swim away from the “grown ups”… and the “grown ups” loved being able to enjoy their vacation without hovering over the kids. I think having two floors made a big difference, and the clubhouse too.

The home was inviting and clean, the lake out back was so neat, and just minutes away from Disney/ Universal. Thank you Donna, for answering our questions quickly and sharing your home. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and family. We hope to be back again soon!

There's SO MANY positive things to say about this property! We had a party of 15 and everything was lovely....When we rent again it will be at this property and I will inform my friends. ...What a great place to bring in the NEW YEAR 2012!!!!....Thanks!

We had a beautiful vacation; the home was just what my sister-in-law and I expected and more. Easy access in proximity to all nearby attractions and stores for shopping. The listing photos were on point and the house was clean and well maintained. The owner was very helpful and precise in details as it related to the rental of the home and moreover very accomodating due to our delay because of the hurricane. For persons traveling with small kids I will reccommend Disney and bigger kids Universal and Islands of Adventure. I think a package should be set online for 10 days stay and not just for a week because the experience was awesome but oh.. how it ended so quickly. I think what gave us great comfort most of all was being safe at the home. There was a security at the main entrance at the Resort who made sure one had clearence for entrance. We loved this. We have already reccommended this place to many friends and relatives...please continue to live up to our expectations. Thanks again and we will definitely do this again.
