ABOUT SPRINGWELLS PARK: Our townhome is located in Historic Springwells Park. Founded by Edsel & Eleanor Ford in the late 1930's, the neighborhood consists of a mixture of Colonial-style homes, townhomes, and apartments. It is one of the metro-area's most unique communities. With beautiful, brick buildings, lots of trees, and a peaceful atmosphere, Springwells Park is a great neighborhood for many reasons. Just take a stroll down any of the quiet, shady streets and you will immediately fall in love with the character of its homes and beautiful gardens. You'll find Springwells Park houses aren't 'cookie cutter' like most other metro-Detroit neighborhoods. Each one has its own unique and special features and each neighborhood walk results in the discovery of a new 'favorite' home.
Another reason Springwells Park is a great neighborhood is because of its people. Every person who lives here is friendly, takes pride in maintaining their home, and is willing to lend a helping hand. This is why some of our neighbors have become very close friends.
History, nature, beauty, safety, convenience, great people... It's the perfect place for a family or weekend getaway.
