Townhome, 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 6-7)

Location, location! This bright, sunny property located in central Boulder sits conveniently on the Boulder Creek Bike Path, so easy walking and biking to the entire city. The University of Colorado is 2-3 blocks up the street, so a nice walk to basketball, football and all school events and even 4th of July fireworks and the Bolder Boulder! 10K road race. Off street parking, including a garage and back door parking space. Local bus line on Colorado Ave.

This home has 3 private bedrooms and 2 full baths upstairs, complete with linens for your stay. Despite the amazing dining close to home, the kitchen has all you need to eat in whenever you wish.

HDTV with digital cable, in case there's bad weather one day and free wi-fi Internet access to keep all your devices happy.

Rumor has it the Dos Equis Man stayed here once.....

If you'd like to check out world class group fitness classes, snag a tough workout with a Personal Trainer or just get your sweat on, you'll enjoy your free pass at Mountains' Edge Fitness. In Table Mesa Shopping Center.

About The Owner

Shannon has lived in Boulder since 1986 and Holt since 1998. We both thoroughly enjoy all Boulder has to offer. We look forward to you enjoying our town home's convenient location in what continues to be in the top 10 list of places to live!

Why The Owner chose Boulder

Wellman Creek is 1 block off Foothills Parkway, 2 blocks from the Boulder Turnpike, on the bike path, etc...whether traveling by car, bus or bike it's super accessible. For Boulder, it's a newer neighborhood. It's close to CU, but not full of students, more family oriented.

We came to Boulder for Christmas this year to spend with our oldest daughter. We had such a great time and loved the area. The house was located a short drive from all that we did and could also easily walk. We had smaller children so we chose to drive everywhere we went. The home is very well taken care of and has all the features a vacation rental should. I would reccomend this rental and I will be coming again in the near future and hope to stay here again..Thanks Shannon and Holt!!!

Great place to stay!

We were looking for a comfortable, convenient place for two adults and two teenagers. We found that at the Derby House. A great spot very close to many amenities, yet quiet and residential. Easy access to bike path, CU, shopping, Hwy. 36. Holt & Shannon were very easy to work with.

We had a wonderful few days staying at the Derby House. Beautiful, spacious home, wonderfully equipped (even a playground a few feet away which our young kids loved!). Easy to get into town for great shop, restaurants and activities. Thank you!!

Nice, clean home near CU campus and bike trails

My wife and I stayed at Holt and Shannon's home this past weekend, during our first trip to Boulder. The house was immaculate and very well kept, and conveniently located near the CU campus and several bike trails. We had no problem getting around town - Pearl Street mall maybe a 7 minute drive. Holt was very responsive to all our questions and requests. Would definitely stay here again

Home Away From Home!

I brought my bike with me and rarely had to use my car! The bike path, located just behind the townhouse, connected me with CU, Pearl Street Mall, nearby grocery stores, McGuckins, and movie theaters. Such a perfect location!
The townhouse itself was incredibly comfortable, very clean and well-maintained. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
