The house was just as described in the listing! It was a great location - only 3 blocks from bars, restaurants, and nightlife. The closest metro stop was about a 20 min walk away. When we arrived, the place was very clean and well stocked with extra linens and towels. Also, this place has pretty awesome kitchen appliances - which is much appreciated. We would recommend going out to eat anywhere in Adam's Morgan and enjoying the nightlife on U Street - about a 15 min walk from the house. Overall, this was an excellent place to stay at and I would recommend staying here to my friends and family any day.

My overall experience renting this unit was excellent. You get some piece of mind with a formal rental agreement that's easy to execute with e-mail and a credit card. Accurate instructions for accessing the unit came shortly after returning the agreement. The off-street parking is a great feature if you're driving into town. The unit was clean upon our arrival. Everything promised in the ad was present in the unit. The layout was good for my wife and our two small children. Grocery store is right down the street. There are a lot of good restaurants nearby. Check out was a breeze. I never got to meet the owners/managers because everything went right! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend the unit to a friend.

Great house in awesome neighborhood

This is a perfect house for a group. Located on one of the prettiest streets in Adams-Morgan neighborhood of North West Washington, DC. Easy walk to U Street Metro, Dupont Circle, great restaurants on 18th Street, and the beautiful Malcolm X. Park. A new Harris Teeter super market (with great wine selection) is a 2 minute walk from the house. The house has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Secured off-street parking for two cars is another huge plus. We will be back again!

My family and I were able to vacation in style here. The kitchen was well stocked and we were one block away from Harry Teeters (a grocery store). While my parents and other guests cooked in and watched our kids, my husband and I had several "date nights" where we walked around to try out the local restaurants. We all all enjoyed the house, the neighborhood, and had a great time hanging out on the front porch. Thank you for making our vacation a memorable one!

Great for work conference

It was nice to be able to leave the conference area and come back to this home. Not too far from the U street stop to get to the convention center, plus not far from restaurants, etc. Perfect for three colleagues.
