All bedrooms have new flat screen Sony TV's for your entertainment along with HD cable TV and WiFi provided by Time Warner Cable. Our home is also stocked with games and we have a library with books and DVD's for children and adults. There is an iPod docking stereo system located in the Carolina Room. Outside, there is a gorgeous deck with a wooded view--great for cocktails and entertaining.

Some of us love to cook when we come to the beach! We have a kitchen stocked with new Emerilware and all the appliances that you need to cook for your crowd. Want to fire up the barbie? We have a Weber gas grill waiting for you. Not up for cooking? There are restaurants within walking distance.

Our beautiful beach home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac with little traffic in Sea Pines Resort. This 2,100 square foot vacation home is located in the heart of Sea Pines Plantation and is a short walk to the 6th fairway of the Harbour Town Golf Links. Choose between a secluded beach or the Sea Pines Beach Club.

Check out the garage where you will find 4 bicycles, and 4 beach chairs. There is also an outdoor shower, which is especially appreciated by kids after a day at the beach. Also in the garage you will also find some fishing poles for that lazy afternoon at the Sea Pines Forest Preserve where you will also find a stocked pond...fun for any kid...big or small!

BEACH: PRIVATE OR BEACH CLUB? Ride your bike 5 minutes to a private beach or drive to Sea Pines Beach Club in 2 minutes. There you can rent beach chairs, umbrellas and buy food and drinks. Beach Club is best if you have children as there are bathrooms/showers and children's activities in season. Parking is available at the Beach Club.

NOTES/FAQ:

BIKES: We provide 4 adult bikes and helmets, locks and baskets. Saves you over $150 in rental fees…bikes are maintained and supplied by South Beach Bikes. No need to worry if you have a flat, just call for pick up!

PETS: We welcome your well behaved dog for a $125 pet fee. We take pride in our home so housebroken dogs only please! Up to date shots and flea/tick application a must! Bring your crate or bed. The neighborhood is great for dog walking.

WiFi: We have high speed internet with Time Warner and our router is secure and has enough bandwidth to carry over 9 connections….with laptops, ipads and itouches these days you will need this if you have kids or techies in your crowd!

HOT TUB:This is one of our favorite extras (no extra fee). Relax in the evening in the hot tub after a long day. The hot tub is maintained and treated weekly.

RATES: Our weekly rate includes departure cleaning fees. Please keep this in mind when comparison shopping as we do not have additional fees other than required state and lodging tax and damage insurance. We hold our home to a standard and we adhere to our rates and policies. Nightly stays do incur a $95 cleaning fee.

WEEKLY STAY: take weekly rental rate, add pet fee if applicable, add 10% for sales and lodging tax and then add $39 for damage insurance (required). All weekly rentals include cleaning.

HOLIDAY STAY: the weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s are $1,295/week or $250/night, add $95 cleaning, sales/lodging tax and $39 insurance. Minimum stay 4 nights. Weekly rates include cleaning, so add pet fee if applicable,10% tax and add $39 for damage insurance.To calculate rates for nightly holiday stay, multiply the number of nights by $250,add pet fee if applicable, cleaning fee of $95, and then 10% tax and $39 for damage insurance.

MONTHLY RENTALS: available late fall through early spring as listed below in rate chart. Take the weekly rate and discount 40%, add pet fee if applicable, add 10% tax, then add $39 for damage insurance (required). End of stay cleaning is included. No tax is required for rentals 90 days or longer.

MULTI-WEEK SPRING, SUMMER RENTALS: 10% discount off weekly rate. Adjust the rate for the discount, add pet fee if applicable and then add 10% tax, and add $39 for damage insurance.

TRIP INSURANCE: Cost is 7% of your rental total, this protects your group from financial loss of your vacation cost. Email us for policy coverage details.

ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE INSURANCE: covers unintentional damage to the vacation rental property during your stay, up to $3,000. ADI covers things like carpet spills, furniture tears, broken lamps and more. It does not cover intentional property damage.
