My husband and I and our four children stayed at this property for two weeks in the summer of 2011 and we loved it. The appearance of the house on the outside is deceptive. It looks smaller from the outside than it truly is. It is actually quite spacious and roomy on the inside and it worked very well for our family of 6. We found the house to be very clean and well-maintained. It is laid out nicely, with space to spread out a bit. Three seating areas, which was great, large flat screen TV (which our boys enjoyed quite a bit) that swivels out so it can be watched from the pool, though honestly we never needed to do that because the pool is SO wonderful. It is a beautiful pool, was really a great size for all of us to play in and very nicely landscaped. We spent a great deal of time on the back patio area, it was a great space to have. The home is located really close to the beach, just a very short walk (and I do mean short - not like some of the homes advertise) with no major streets to cross, which was important to us. Our children were ages 15, 13, 11 and 7 and they all thought the house was great as well. The kitchen is huge, plenty of seating, and two refrigerators, which comes in handy for a larger family like ours. We had a slight problem with the refrigerator not keeping things cool enough but they came right out and fixed it. The only suggestion I would make for the kitchen is that it needs a large spaghetti pot. Other than that we found it to be quite well stocked. We even used the blender often for our frozen drinks to have by the pool. The house is in a great location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and definitely plan to return at some point in the future. We highly recommend this house.
