Apartment, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath, (Sleeps 2-4)

This one bedroom, south-western facing, corner unit apartment, has the most stunning views of Golden Gate Bridge and unbelievable sunsets. There is a lot of natural sunlight that keeps that apartment warm and bright, even in the middle of Winter. Comfortable lay out with a full kitchen and a separate dinningIroom, makes it perfect for hosting evening dinners. Located at the peak of Russian Hill, you feel like you are in the tallest building in San Francisco and a sense of peace in the busy city.

Only half a block up from Swensen Icecream shop and the famous San Francisco trolley tracks, you can easily hop the trolley to head to Union Square or Ghiradelli Plaza. This place is a 2 block walk to Lombard Street (the crooked street), a 10 minute walk to North Beach (the Italian district) or a 15 minute walk down Union street, where there's shopping, salons, and some of the best restaurants in San Francisco. If you don't want to walk to Union street for good food, there are 7 restaurants within a 2 block walk that range from very good Pizza, two sushi spots, and even zagat rated top end Italian. The building was built as luxury suites in the 1930's, the walls are sound proof, so you'll never here your neighbours and they won't here you either.

It is very easy to get around using public transportation, as the building is right off the bus line and a half block to a popular taxi cab drop off location. That is if you need to go anywhere far, most places are an easy walk away.

This is my personal apartment, even though they cant hear you usually, please be respectful of my neighbours and of the place. that is why I ask only 2 people stay here, children are welcome.

This is truly a one of a kind apartment and will make your San Francisco experience all that more memorable.

I am a young active person who likes the outdoors and therefore am never around to enjoy my apartment. i like to go skiing, surfing, hiking, and pretty much any outdoor sport.

This is a perfect location for people traveling to San Francisco. in the heart of the city with incredible views.

What makes this apartment unique

It is walking distance to some of the most popular site seeing locations in San Francisco. 2 blocks from lombard street, 5 min walk to polk street bars and nightlife,10 min to Northbeach, and 15 min to Union street shopping. Located near some of the best restaurants in San Francsico. The views from my apartment are unparalleled. There is an unobstructed view from Nob Hill all the way to Marin Headlands. The sunsets from my apartment are something i take pictures of almost weekly because they are so beautiful.

Public transportation is at the doorstep practically, and can hear the famous trolley cars bells ring from anywhere in the apartment.

My husband and I stayed here for five nights and loved this apartment! It looks just like the photos but better, unbelievable view, spacious, bright, comfortable, clean and full of character. It is the perfect place to stay in San Francisco! It is in a great neighborhood with easy access to anywhere in the city since cable car and buses are just steps away. We walked to Lombard Street, Fisherman's Wharf, Pier 39, Marina and Cow's Hollow. It's easy to get down to the Bay area on the cable car. Walking back is all uphill but great exercise! The best thing about this apartment is the view! It faces south and west and every window has fantastic views! At night the lights of the city and golden gate bridge are incredible! The owner was very friendly, easy to communicate with and helpful in recommending places to go.

The kitchen was well equipped if one wants to cook, but with so many great restaurants close by you don't need to! We enjoyed ice cream at Swensen's just down the street. The pizza at Z Pizza was excellent and the owner very friendly! We walked down to La Boulange on Polk St. for breakfast which was very good. The restaurants in Ghirardelli Square are all great too.

We took the bus out to Ocean Beach, did an hop-on hop-off open top bus tour which was a great way to see many areas of the city, and took the ferry to Sausalito for a day. We walked tons and were happy to return each night to such a great place. We would definitely recommend staying here to friends and family and hope to return again to this great apartment and great city!!
