Our “ Plumeria Lined Paradise”, a five minute walk to the beach, not only offers some of the most magnificent ocean views, but our guests will appreciate the natural breezes from the Hawaiian trade winds lufting through our 16ft ceilings. Luxurious stone floors were thoughtfully placed in all common areas to ensure our guests keep cool. The full size custom bathrooms, made of both stone and marble, enjoy upgraded touches such as custom cabinets, vessel sinks and bidets to enhance your experience. For the utmost comfort, each bedroom has been outfitted with luxury hotel grade queen size pillow-top mattresses, finished off with mahogany sleigh bed frames. Additionally, the bedrooms include mahogany hardwood floors, your own private bath, wireless internet, and safe deposit boxes. Our tastefully executed kitchen, designed to be a “social kitchen”, places the cook in a position that faces the entire living room, lanai and all guests while preparing meals whether dining indoors or using the formal dining table outdoors on the lanai. Last but not least, the crown jewel of Simple Pleasures is our 1,000-sq.ft ocean facing lanai. You can easily see 40 miles of spectacular coastline views in each direction! It really equates to being the ultimate outdoor living room on the property. This is where all the sunsets, whale watching and outdoor socializing happens. Whether it is a glass of wine, reading a book, or stretching out on the 8ft. daybed, this spot is all Hawaii. From our vantage point, the mixture of fresh floral air mixed with the tranquil ocean breeze cannot be put into words. This is truly a space to be experienced. With this much space, we also created an outdoor “dining room”. This was brilliant! With million dollar views, this is the perfect spot for our guest to gather and have breakfast before a day of site seeing, lunch after snorkeling at the beach or a beautiful backdrop for a romantic dinner at sunset. It doesn’t get any better.
