The Master suite is a charming upstairs bedroom dressed in a classic burgandy and gold motif with plush bedding and designer accents. The cherry furniture really pops in the decor and includes the queen bed, two nightstands, two table lamps, a full six-drawer dresser with mirror, a built-in corner desk and a regal HDTV setup for instant relaxation. The color scheme is carried into the attached master bathroom where a shower, large enough for two, flanks a his-and-hers vanity and a large walk-in closet. The suite also boasts a magnificent view of the mountains to the west and is perfect for a relaxing evening alone!

The upstairs media room is designed specifically for a relaxing evening enjoying a blockbuster movie! Fully equipped with DVD and DirecTV, the media room is ready to entertain! As an added bonus, the sofa converts into a bed where two more can sleep comfortably or just laze around watching TV.

The second and third bedrooms are just down the hall are perfectly suited for the multi-family stay and are kid-friendly! The second bedroom has a very lovely queen bed with a private library and space to spread out! The third bedroom has a perpendicular bunk-bed setup with twin size beds and custom decor! You have to give them a look and see the artistry each room presents. Each room has its own closet and storage space for easy organization of clothes or other personal items.

There is a full bathroom upstairs adjacent to the bedrooms that includes a tub/shower combo, a single-sink vanity and full-width mirror with plenty of cabinet space to make you feel right at home.

On the first floor, the den is designed in a south Pacific feel where the fabric and wall art send you back more than 70 years to a simpler time in an island paradise. Kick back and open one of the antique books in the den or just relax and take a quick nap before a long night on the town. The den also boasts an electric fireplace to keep you warm on the chilly nights...or simply to provide some added ambiance!

A beach-themed downstairs half-bath sits between the den and the kitchen and sports a cool hideaway (under-stairs storage) for any suitcases or other large items you may need to store during your stay.

The Kitchen in 'Kokomo's Cottage' is decorated in a beautiful Tuscan design with Cuban Plaza walls bordered with gold accents. The photos and paintings are actually from Italy and the wine bottle accoutrements make it truly 'bellisima!' The kitchen flows into the dining room where six can be seated around a marble top table and a matching buffet flanks the wall. A cherry corner desk provides added space as a home office and is overwatched by the third HDTV in the home. Some travellers vacation to get away from the television, but for those who don't, you will have easy access to more programming as you work in the kitchen or relax at the table.

'Kokomo's Cottage' is designed with you in mind. It was my family's home for three years and we look forward to making it your home as well...even if for only a few days!
