Such A Wonderful Vacation Destination
Our week long stay at Splash was everything we could hope for. The condo was just as pictured. Very clean. The balcony view was spectacular!! Our kids had a wonderful time enjoying the arcade, lazy river, and the "splash" pool. The owners are very pleasant and quick to respond with any questions. We will definitely stay here again!

Had a great time.
This room is just as expected. It was very clean when we arrived. No sand was on the floor. The furniture is in excellent shape. The kitchen had everything I needed besides pot holders. Both beds slept well. I have 2 toddlers and they loved all of the pools. I think one of the best things about this room is it location to the elevator. You open your door and your in front of the elevator. We didn't hear any noise due to this prime location either. My only complaint with our stay isn't against the room but it would be against the Splash facility. The security guards are very insistant on you wearing your arm bands (they even made a man with special needs wear one and you could clearly see that the wrist band hindered his behavior) and the lifeguards are very strict. I know its for the safety of the guests but sometimes it goes beyond necessary. We went during a week when it wasn't that crowded so maybe they were just looking for something to do.

LOVED the condo but were disappointed by the pool areas.
We recently stayed in this condo for a week and loved it! It fit our needs perfectly! My husband and I have an infant and stayed with our friends who have a 3 year old. There was plenty of room for all 6 of us and each bedroom had it's own bathroom. The layout was perfect as the bed/baths were on opposite ends of the unit from each other giving both families privacy when needed. I thought that the condo was more impressive in person than in the pictures in the listing and it was VERY clean. The entire property seemed to be well maintained. The elevators were very fast and the work-out room well equipped...with a great view! Our only dislikes were the actual pool areas. They are almost all shaded and when the wind blew it was freezing. The "lazy river" and "kid play area" were not as grand as advertised either. The pools definitely did not meet our expectations but overall this is a great resort and a terrific condo. We enjoyed out stay.

The condo was as advertised. Good accomodations for 4 adults plus it had an extra bed in the couch. Nice kitchen and well furnished. Rooms and living room were nicely furnished. You didn't have to worry about coming wet from the pool or beach since it had nice ceramic flooring everywhere. I would recommended for families and adults. The only thing I don't like is that you have to walk a lot to the parking. The parking is connected through a bridge so you don't get wet or have to worry about crossing the street. The common swimming pool areas were nice, except that the waterplay area fro small children was not heated so it was really useless at this time of years. Main pools were heated.
All in all this particular unit was very affordable, furnished, and comforatable. Would have no problem staying here again. Owner was very easy to deal with.

Very Nice Vacation
Excellent condo, great accommodations, clean and comfortable. Family friendly. the condo had great amenities as well. we enjoyed the heated pools, and fitness center. However the arcade was not a great as promised. most of the machines were broken and out of order, even the bowling, which was disappointing to our children.
The planned activities were great! We stuffed our build- a- toy animals and did glitter tattoos.
I felt there was good security as well.

We thoroughly enjoyed the condo. We especially liked having the living room and the master bedroom overlooking the ocean. Several little things being provided made a different - salt and pepper, garbage bags, dishwashing detergent, paper towels, coffee packets with filter and cream and sugar, laundry detergent, beach chairs. The only thing missing was a skillet.
The grandchildren especially like Splash - the heated pool, hot tub, lazy river, and the water slides. This was the second time for us to come to Splash and it certainly will not be the last. We have stayed in at least 8 different places at PCB and Splash is our favorite. We especially like the fact that it is at the far west end of Beach Front Road. Traffic is light and even during Thunder Weekend, it is relatively quiet. But it is still within 10 minutes of Pier Point and numerous restaurants.
The grandchildren especially like Splash - the heated pool, hot tub, lazy river, and the water slides. This was the second time for us to come to Splash and it certainly will not be the last. Great place to stay with a great view!
We really enjoyed our stay at Splash. The condo was exactly as pictured on the listing and the location was great. We had 3 toddlers with us on our stay and they had a blast. summer vacation 2012
We almost canceled out vacation due to hurricane Issac, the owners were great to work with, we decided to go ahead and we are so glad we did. The condo was very clean, quiet and we had no problems with the elevator. The kids loved the water park. We will be coming back again.

Great Vacation!
Owners were very friendly and willing to work with us with a late booking. Condo was very nice, clean and updated which is very important to me when looking to stay somewhere. We also enjoyed the fact that there were no animals allowed knowing that we have a son with pet allergies. The no-smoking was also nice! I think I enjoyed the balcony view more than anything because it was a great place to eat breakfast!
Truly enjoyed our visit and will use this location and owner again!
