We cannot say enough good things about this house. It was even better than the pictures, everything was as advertised, and the owner was extremely helpful. The location is ideal: in a neighborhood but close to just about anything you need. The house was immaculate and spacious enough that none of us felt crowded. We are hoping this house is available the next time we take a trip to the Fort Collins area. Thanks so much for letting us stay in your lovely home.

Sue was terrific and worked with me to make our stay the perfect option. We were a large group, but had no problem fitting with a large basement and three bedrooms. We also enjoyed a wonderful fire around the backyard fire pit. The backyard looks out to open space, making it feel very private. The house is about 2.5 miles from the university where we were back and forth for an event. The location was ideal and an easy bike or a 10 minute drive. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat, the house had everything we needed and more!

This house was the perfect place for our family to stay when we were in Fort Collins for a wedding. We had plenty of room for our family. Everything was very comfortable and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again when we are in Fort Collins if we travel with family.

We truly enjoyed our stay! This is a great property in a great location, very clean! the beds where just so comfortable, the outdoor patio made it very pleasant to chill and enjoy our family together. 100% GREAT!! one minor comment which has nothing to do with the home owners - the trees at the entrance of the street, where blocking the street sign - no big deal.

Well described, beautiful home, in Fort Collins. The home had comfortable furniture, beds, pillows, and was very relaxing with a country atmosphere. Our meals could be enjoyed indoors or out, and there were excellent restaurants nearby, too. Many thanks to the owners for sharing their home with us for our vacation, and for the ongoing communication prior to arrival ,and thereafter. We will certainly rent this home in the future when visiting our son attending Colorado State University.

This property is all the owners say and more. We had a great stay in Ft Collins in no small part because of the ambiance of this property. My family enjoyed the immediate proximity to the bike/hike trail (and the bikes the owners make available). As the listing mentions, grocery stores and such are nearby and convenient.
Next trip to FC, we'll stay here again if the schedules sync up.

This is absolutely a fantastic place to stay. The owners are terrific people to secure a rental from, and made sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
Speaking of comfortable. I believe that we each felt more at home in this house than any place stayed, except at home of course. The house was comfortable, nicely furnished and extremely livable.
About the owners. Not only were these folks terrific to rent from, they were a joy to talk with and interact with. We were fortunate to meet one member and they were very impressive and helpful. Telephone conversations with proved to be delightful and comfortable. Each conversation ended with the feeling of looking forward to the next conversation.
These owners would make great neighbors.
For you prespective renters: The road sign for Hanover is almost impossible to see headed east on Drake. This is a city issue and the ball was dropped by Fort Collins. This is a safety issue as well. Not only is this sign difficult headed east, the sign sits far enough off Drake it is difficult to see headed west on Drake. This needs to be addressed by the city of Fort Collins.
Overall, Fort Collins is an attractive city. Shops are basically hidden by trees and the architecture blends nicely. Roads are easily traveled and lay well. Unfortunately, we had very little time to explore and have very little input as to activities. My imagination allows it to be a great city to visit.
The next time I stay in Fort Collins, I will stay in this house.

The property is located near a foot and bike trail, which we used several times. It is also near some of the primary routes for travel in the city. A beautiful view of Horsetooth mt and the foothills. It was so nice to come home at the end of the day; or to get some rest during the day. We found the house to be what we were told it would be. Everything was fresh and clean and looked new.
The process for using the code on the lock and entering the house was simple.
We appreciated the communications we had with the owners and would recommend the property to our friends and relatives.
