I would highly recommend this villa to vacationers. The gated community is clean and quite. The villa itself was spacious, spotless and well-decorated. We entertained family who lived in the area, so the pool, large patio area and big dining room came in handy. Incidentally, we didn't order the pool heating, but it wasn't necessary as it was between 80-85 degrees during the day and that heated the pool sufficiently.

Wonderful House

We stayed at this property, it was great! We were really close to several stores, which helped. The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable. I only had to call once and they were very helpful with answering my questions. It was nice to have a washing machine so I did not have to bring home dirty clothes. We have 3 kids and they really enjoyed the pool. We went to Sea World and Universal, we did not have to drive far to get there. But the house seemed really secluded, it was very peaceful. We really recommend staying here!

Our family stayed at Philips Hideaway for 17 days in July 2011.
The home was amazing, A very Quiet Getaway. Very comfortable, Clean, well decorated, Lots of Sleeping Areas, Beautiful Pool With spa and a great games room.There is also a great Clubhouse with Computers, fitness Room ,Pool area etc, But most of all a very friendly staff.We liked that it was a private gated community.When trying to rent a home that was suitable for our family Burnadette answered every question I had for her without hesitation, she was such a great help.The directions she gave us for the home were so accurate. Our family Certainly enjoyed our stay at Philips Hideaway, I would definitely rent again and I would like to thank Burnadette for letting our family stay at her beautiful home our family will have many memories forever :)

I as well as my family were in awe to see that what was offer was what we got and more. The idea of having the security in general was great. A bit distance from what we normally expected but we cope with that. Thank you and if I had to do it again this would be the place.
