The Second bedroom, furnished with two twin beds and a walking closet, is next to it which also has marble floors and stand up shower.

The kitchen has a modern look and is equipped with new stainless steel appliances and granite countertops that extend to a breakfast/serving and sitting area for casual entertaining.

Washer and dryer are inside the apartment -we provide the detergent, ironing board, etc, but should you require a professional launderer or just press/mend your clothes, let us know and will provide either on site or next-day service.

Our dining room is perfect for six people, or more, if you have guests.

Famous Mary Brickell Village is one block away offering several restaurants, bars, clubs, shops and people watching areas. Publix Market and Wallgreens 24-hour pharmacy are 3 blocks away. The best steak houses in the city like Capital Grille, Morton’s, P.M. Argentinian Churrasco, etc., are walking distance . Seafood restaurants like Truluck’s or Oceanaire are also close by.

This condo is walking distance from Brickell Key Island. Downtown, AA Arena and Arsht Arts Centre are reachable either by walking about 20min or in 10 mins by Metro Mover which is a free city commuter with a station 1 block away! Or take the new free City Trolley (stops every other block in 15 mins)

Even if you don't want to go north, you can take this commuter to view the City of Miami and take lots of pictures from above.

As mentioned, airport can be reached by Metro Rail/Commuter or Taxi in a 25 min ride. Key Biscayne is 10 mins away. South Beach is 15 minutes away.
