2 bedrooms, big living room sleeps 6

The 130 m2 flat is situated in the very center of the city, tree blocks far from the riverside, next to the Kossuth square Metro station, and themain tram line 2 and other bus and tram lines.

The flat is on the 4th floor (with elevator).

From the balony there is great view partly on a big grean suare, partly on the Parliament building.

There is no street noise in the flat.

Parking is possible on the street or in the underground parking around te corner.

There are 3 large rooms, with 4 meters of ceiling hight . Two of them are full separated.

We have 2 double beds, 2 single beds and a baby cot. At requestwWe can provide a big matelas for a 7th guest

There is one bathroom, toilet is separated.

The flat is fully equipped, there is 2 cable TV, WIFI

As the flat is centrally situated, there are many bars, restaurants - also not expensive Hungarian restos.

A market hall is in a few minutes walk.

A very good Hungarian wine shop is around the corner.

Also we have two good restaurants in the house on the ground floor.

This apartment was by far better than expected. Rooms were decorated nicely. Beds were very comfortable. The apartment was spotless and well maintained. Kitchen was a bit small. It was fully outfitted and functional though. Not really a negative, but wanted to mention to those that this might be important...the toilet room and bath room were in two different rooms and locations...they were separated by the kitchen. Also, there was only a tub with a hand held shower nozzle, but not really a biggie for us. The washing machine/dryer is located in the bath room. That was an added bonus and necessary amentity for us.
The location was centrally located and within easy walking distance to the Parliment building, American Embassy, St Stephan's Church and Liberation Park...really everthing. In our opinion, the apartment was in the best location of Budapest. The view of Parliment from the balcony was incredible. We often had our evening drinks seated there watching people and admiring the views. Restaurants, pubs and grocery stores were all close by.
The owner, Kate, was very helpful and always answered emails quickly and throughly.
Our 2 week vacation to Budapest was one that we will never forget. This special apartment made it even more memorable. Would highly, highly recommend.
