Gorgeous two bedroom duplex apartment in South beach, just west of all the nightclubs, bars and lounges on Washington Avenue, and just south of the famous Lincoln Road shopping and Dining area; only a few blocks west of the beach!
Sleeps 4 to 6 comfortably, with a sleeper sofa in the living room downstairs for one or two people and one twin mattress available. Maximum capacity 7 people with extra person fee after the 4th guest.
Kitchen features brand new modern cabinetry and stainless steel appliances. Apartment features modern furniture throughout. Private balcony upstairs with two chairs and a table.
Bathrooms are absolutely stunning with brand new modern tiling and glass baths and showers that feature rainfall shower heads.
