We were in Paris for the last leg of our honeymoon and were so happy with our stay here. Maite was wonderful to talk with and also very helpful and accommodating. The apartment was very clean, well equipped with everything we could ever need (we felt very much at home), and it was an excellent location in a very safe area. We will definitely recommend Villa Segur to our friends traveling to Paris, and we hope to come back again. It was a real pleasure and privilege to stay here.

This newly renovated flat located in a nice quiet neighborhood in the 7th arrondissement is just perfect for 2 people, & is literally a home away from home. It is clean, well-maintained & has all the essential amenities& more: heat, a kitchen, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer & dryer, modern bathroom appointments, Internet access, satellite TV, even international calling, toiletries, a stocked pantry. Maite, the property manager is a real treasure - very attentive to details; she has thought of everything one might need while on vacation, from toiletries to travel chargers & adapters; is very accessible & helpful. She is quite impressive! She communicated well with us prior to our arrival, provided directions & maps, important links to the RATP. On the day of our arrival, she welcomed us & spent a good deal of time walking us through the flat & orienting us to the area.
The flat is close to 3 or 4 Metro lines, is within walking distance (5-20 min walk) to the Invalides, Tour Eiffel, Rodin Museum, the Rue Cler, Bon Marche. Restaurants, markets & convenient stores nearby. Highly recommend this property. A+++customer service.

The apartment is well located, fitted to a high standard and the agent is very helpful and knowledgable.

Communication is not there strong point and we were left thinking we had been ripped off as we waited so long for confirmation and the actual address.
Great when we got there and very handy though the plumbing is extremely noisy as are all the tenants in the hallway

My wife and I recently stayed at Villa Segur for five nights, and everything about it was perfect.

The location is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood steps away from two different metro lines. It is an easy walk to the Eiffel Tower, as well as the famous Rue Cler market and all the fabulous restaurants in the 7th. There are also several little markets nearby where you can stock up on groceries and cheap wine!

The apartment itself is carefully planned out, and the manager, Maite, has thought of absolutely everything. The apartment was spotless and well maintained. There is plenty of storage, a very comfortable couch that converts easily into a queen size bed, free secure wifi, satellite t.v., and the list goes on. Literally everything we needed was already taken care of by Maite.

The kitchen is a model of efficiency. Good sized refrigerator, oven, stove and even a dishwasher! The best part of the kitchen is the washer and dryer. When on a long trip to Europe like we were, it was a Godsend to be able to wash our clothes.

The bathroom is also well equipped. Soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, fresh towels... they even have make up remover for the ladies (a nice detail that greatly impressed my wife).

The best part of the apartment was Maite, the manager. She greeted us upon our arrival and spent an hour walking us through all the ins and outs of the apartment. She even had a map of Paris ready for us as well as recommendations for things to do and places to eat in the neighborhood. Whenever we had questions during our stay, we could just email Maite and she would respond quickly. The morning we left, Maite came back to the apartment to make sure everything went well and to see us off on our way. The high level of customer service provided by Maite was truly amazing. Having the peace of mind that we were in good hands during our stay was a big relief for us, especially since it was our first trip to Paris.

If you are looking for a rental for one or two people in Paris, then look no further. You will love staying at Villa Segur. It made our trip an unforgettable experience, and all for half the price of a stuffy Paris hotel room.
