Sorry I could not get the link to work to post the review, but we wanted to rate your home and tell you how lovely it was.
We had a wonderfule time, your home is terrific, so clean comfortable and a trerrific location. After baking in the sun at the parks all day it was soooo nice to come home to this wonderful house and relax by the pool. Everything went so well from the booking process to checking in to this wonderful home, Julie you were wonderful to deal with and you were right we were pleased and will most assuredly never want to stay in a hotel again. Thanks for everything this was a wonderful vacation in fact iwould like to talk to you about renting for Easter this year for the whole family.

Wow what can I say! This home was amazing to say the least.
This was the smoothest transaction ever, I emailed got the terrific quote, sent a deposit, booked the home got the codes entered the home and then.....
This home was superb, I told the owner it was my mothers ( 71) birthday and when we arrived there were flowers, the home was so immaculately cleaned that I was speechless, I have stayed in Jersey Shore homes before and fully expected to have to wash the sheets before laying in the bed, this was not the case at ALL. The home smelled and was so absolutely clean that we did not have to do anything at all except kick off our shoes and head to the pool. The pool area was so serene, with 3 kids this was the closest to serenity I have been in years. They thought of everything! The kitchen was immaculate, from the appliances to the pots and pand and dishes, just superb. What a lovely surprise.
It was so nice to come home to this house after a long hot day at the parks, to come home to this beautiful villa and relax just minutes from the Wonderful chaos that is Disney.
Julie was amazing, she called on our first night there to see we were ok and finding things well and I thought that was just lovely and I agree with the other review absolutely classy. The morning of check out I received another call from the owner to be sure all was well, truly considerate and eager to make it a wonderful stay.
The whole family had just a wonderful time and we will definitely be back again, this is " Our Home Way From Home" while in Florida.
Oh yes and my younger children also received a small token when we arrived home from our stay Such a nice touch.
If you are looking for a CLEAN, COMFORTABLE HOME, Minutes from the fun of Disney, then THIS HOME IS THE HOME FOR YOU !

This Home was incredible, so clean and comfortable. I am a clean freak and this home was SUPERB, the cleanest we have ever been to. Even the rugs were clean, I have a crawler and I was very comfortable allowing her to crawl on the floor. The kitchen was immaculate and even under the fridge was clean. Enough OK the house was IMMACULATELY clean you get it. The house was more than described, the location was terrific so close to the parks but enough away so that you could go places without waiting forever, convenient shopping right down the road and restaurants all around you.
The community was wonderful, peaceful and friendly yet private as well, so nice to go to parks all day and then come HOME to this wonderful home and relax with the kids, play board games and have a private swim. The owner of the home was our contact and she was wonderful as well, we could not figure out the pool alarms on our first night and we called her at 11 pm and she was more than happy to help us, she was wonderful. We had always stayed on property but since having our 4th child hotel rooms are just too small and 2 rooms is a bit more than we could spend so this is our first venture off of property and I cannot express enough how wonderful it was, we heard some stories but Julie was wonderful she made us comfoprtable with our sdecision and even gave us her cell phone number and when we checked in all of our fears were gone the home was more spectacular than described. Our only complaint was that the week went too fast.
We were so pleased that we already booked with Julie for next years vacation.

Oh and yes one more thing, when we arrived home to PA there was a package waiting there for our children with Disney trinkets for them to remind them of their trip. Very Classy thank you again and cant wait to see you next June

This home was absolutely beautiful! This was our first time renting a home and we were not sure what to expect. This by far exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and had all of the comforts of home. The location is prime! It is minutes from any of the theme parks and very easy to access anywhere you need to go. We had an issue with the Air Conditioning for the first couple of days but it was fixed right away once we contacted Julie. She was very kind and quick to respond to any questions or issues we may have had. We would highly recommend this house to any of our friends or family that plan a trip to the Orlando area. This was our first time with homeaway and it was fantastic! Our choice was this fabulous spanish villa in Tuscan Hills development, which is a gated community (it does matter) very close to Disney World. We stayed at this home and our friends chose another property in Tuscan Hills. I mention this because we compared each home and although the exteriors are similar, the interior of this home was astonishing. This was cleaner than a new home, all beds were made perfectly and just a great new smell and beautiful pool. This home has full hd cable tv with about 500 channels and the other home had just basic cable. This home had all flat screen tvs throughout the home, the other had old tube type tvs. Now, that said, we were in the home about 1/2 the day if you count nights so it was important to us to have all the comforts of home. This home also had a digital box attached to the main 50 inch hdtv with about 1000 movies to watch free of charge. The dining room table was a gorgeous spanish table which went along with the architecture whereas the home that our friends had rented for $80 less had a very used looking old table. To us, it was just an obvious choice and we will stay here each time we come, whether the price is the same or a bit more, its worth to stay in this home. Julie, the owner, was fantastic! We had no problems during our week, the home is only a few years old so everything like the air conditioning and lights, etc worked perfectly.
We didn't request pool heat but it is recommended for fall and winter as we found out, Julie was kind enough to turn it on for us because we didn't realize we needed it.
I must say also that the location was prime, and I mean prime! It was just outside the hustle and bustle areas, but close to all stores like Michaels, Walmart, Dollar Tree and a few great restaurants. We went to Disney about 4 times and it took about 10 minutes like they said from the gates.
We would gladly recommend this property to our friends or relatives and our friends that stayed near us have now booked this home for their next trip.
I guess because Julie owns the property and it isn't run by an agency there is much more ease of rental and every question we had was answered quickly.
We went to Gator Land, its nice for a cheap quick day, but not a great time, just good. We drove an hour or so to Tampa, St. Pete and went into the Gulf, it was beautiful.

Wow!
This was an incredible home, clean comfortable and such a great location.
It was so great to come relax here after a long hot day at the parks.
I cannot believe all that we got for the amount we paid a beautiful 4 bedroom house, full kitchen, laundry facilities inside the home and plenty to keep the kids occupied.
After years of renting other homes we will never go anywhere else, we have already booked for next year, we did not want to leave.
If you do not choose this home you would be silly , it is as beautiful and modern as it is the photos, what you see is what you get and much more...
An amazing house and great communication, you do not deal with a management team that gives you the run around, you deal with the actual owners of the home and they are more than helpful.
We miss the house already

The home was amazing professionally cleaned, beautifully maintained more than we could have asked for. The home was so warm and inviting so much different than a cramped hotel room.
We will never stay anywhere else but here!!
