House, 4 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 3 Baths, (Sleeps 8-12)

We just finished a big renovation project on the house. My husband is Mr. Fix-it! We try to cater to families/professionals and have renovated the space with that in mind. It is perfect for two families. We take great care in making the home comfy and inviting. We only rent a small number of dates as we plan on using the home ourselves the majority of the time. The upstairs bedrooms are perfect for one family with one King Bedroom and next door a bedroom with 2 twins for the kids. Downstairs is a Queen Bedroom with a bedroom with a Twin Day Bed with a twin trundle underneath. There are also three Queen Futons in the downstairs living room if there is an extra guest coming. New Carpet, New Beds, Freshly Painted, Updated Bathrooms. We have a shoe's off policy as we like to keep in a condition where you feel perfectly fine walking around with socks or bare feet.

About Yvonne

My husband and I love Killington. Its a great mountain whether it winter or summer and we love exploring the area with our three kids. Every weekend we leave Killington, we hear "Mom/Dad why can't we just live here ...it's so nice!" I hope my kids always feel that way because it has taken a lot of blood, sweat and tears to get our houses to meet our expectations. So many of our friends criticize us that we shouldn't work so hard for our rentals, but I disagree. We use materials that I would use in my own home and I think thats why we have so many repeat customers.

I loved this house!

We had a great time. My friend and I took the kids skiing at Killington. This property had everything I want in a rental. It was clean, it was close to the mountain and the shops & restaurants, hot-tub, fireplace, comfy beds etc. My friends make fun of me that I am a "neat freak" especially when it comes to staying somewhere new. This place was as clean as I would keep it. I didn't have to worry about wearing shoes in the house because everything in the house is new and updated. Considering all the amenities and the location the price was quite reasonable. I would stay again and recommend this place to anyone!

Great House!!

I coordinated our annual ski trip to Vermont for my family and my sisters! This house was set up perfect! Two adult bedrooms (King & Queen) and two kid bedrooms (2 twins) was perfect for the group. Yvonne and Rich really have gone above and beyond making the house feel like a home. They told us they stay in the home most of the time and you can tell. Everything is new and high end. My kids loved the Xbox and we loved the hot-tub and fireplace. It was close to everything as well - right off the Killington Road. We are looking forward to staying there again next year because unless we are getting on a plane - nothing beats Killington's terrain.
