Boutique-style apartment in Harbour Lakes,one of the greatest locations at Palmas del Mar.
Harbour Lakes features two swimming pools. Apartment is professionally decorated and has exceptional features like the rooftop lounge. This is my personal vacation apartment, so you will find luxury throughtout the apartment.
It has 1 covered balcony and 1 rooftop terrace. Large and beautifully furnished, the apartment has 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 large baths and 1 half bath, 3 flat screen cable TVs and 2 with DVD players. The kitchen is fully equipped and connects to the covered terrace.
Within the 3000 acres of Palmas del Mar, are two golf courses, the largest tennis center in the Caribbean, 3 miles of beaches, horseback riding, miles of jogging paths, snorkeling & fishing excursions, casino, and many restaurants.
Bed linens and towels are included.

Beautiful condo was perfect for a sunny getaway

My girlfriends and I showed up at the condo and Maribel was there waiting to greet us. The condo is exactly as pictured, and the rooftop terrace is even better! The condo itself is beautifully decorated in a classy chic way. There is a lovely kitchen/ dining area with a huge table and bright serving ware. The girls and I took full advantage and had breakfast every morning on the outdoors patio, including mimosas out of jewel-toned stemware. We wished we could've stayed longer to take advantage of the rooftop with the lounge area and private tanning deck.
The condo in Las Palmas was also only a short drive to a lovely stretch of beach (self-park at the Wyndham, and the beach is a short walk behind the hotel) where the locals and ex-pats hung out. The Plaza also had a selection of casual restaurants and shops, although we opted to eat outside Las Palmas most of the time.
Las Palmas is only about an hour's drive from SJU, and a 40 minute drive to Fajardo for the ferries to Culebra and Vieques. Totally manageable, although bring a car GPS if possible. And I highly suggest getting to Las Palmas during the daytime; the complex is huge and we had a hard time figuring out where to go in the dark!
Thanks to Patricia, Maribel and Rocio for hosting us in Puerto Rico! The condo was lovely, spacious, and affordable all at the same time. It was a great intro to what PR has to offer, and I am already planning my next trip back!

The villa was exactly as seen in the photos! Maribel and her daughter were very helpful and provided all the information we could need. The villa is located within a secure gated community, with restaurants, beach club, and convenience store. However to access the beach club it is at an additional charge. What I would like to point out is that there is a yacht club, and they have day trips to near by islands for a good price, so you could save time and money. The villa is about an hour away from San Juan airport, and 30-40 min from Fajardo. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, perfect for families and large groups.

Excellent property for vacations

This is a very peaceful home, great neighborhood and with all we need to have a nice stay.At the front of the building there's one of the pools and the beach was very close.We got a golf cart(not included, but you can rent one), and move around all the Palmas del Mar Resort very well.The house is as shown in the photos, a tastefully decorated house.

Romantic/ Breathtaking Getaway

My bofriend and I along with a few other couples all stayed here at this wonderful villa. Palmas Del Mar itself was a beautiful resort and Maribel's villa was exactly like the pictures show. There was plenty of room for all six of us. It had any ammenities you needed including a washer and dryer. There is a Wal-Mart, Sams Club, and more for other items you may want to purchase for your stay down there. It was about a 45 minute drive from San Juan but well worth it. We visited the Rainforest which was about 30 minutes and a pretty cool flea market and beach on our way back from the Flea Market. Getting around isn't hard at all and google maps or your phone is pretty accurate. Anything that we needed Maribel and her son Daniel was very helpful and attentive. They gave prompt responses and did everything as they said they would. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to other. The price is also reasonable and well worth it.

Great vacations!!

We were having a hard time finding somewhere to stay during our vacation because the month of July is so busy in PR, until we ran across Maribel's property. As soon as we saw the pictures on the internet, we knew that we were making the right choice. We were visiting family in PR so the extra rooms made it possible for our family to stay with us in the villa during our vacation, which made our time in PR even more special. I have to mention, though, that we were traveling with two teenagers and a younger child, and even with that, we all fit comfortably in the property. Maribel thought of everything in her home, down to the lounge chairs and beach towels and she was there ready to greet us upon our arrival. Her villa is in superb condition, just as you see it on the internet pics, equipped with everything anyone can need to truly enjoy their vacations and the pool which was just a few steps away, made a pleasant ending to every night.

I stayed in this Villa with my Family beginning of June. Not only the Villa was tastefully and luxurious decorated, but the owner Maribel makes us feel like we were family. Thank you so much Maribel for all your help and care that you put in the whole process. Maribel make me and my family feel welcome from the time I talked to her for the first time on the phone to the time we said goodbye. The Villa is conveniently located in front of the pool and the Terrace, (my favorite part) is equipped with all the essentials and is So Prettty! What you see in the pictures is really what you will get and more. I felt I was in a Villa from the Fantasy Island!. I will come back defenitely, and I recommend without any hesitation or regrets, this Villa to anybody that wants to really have a fun, relaxing time in a very luxury way.

Artistic and spacious! Great location!

While in Puerto Rico for a short vacation and a friend's wedding, my boyfriend and I stayed at this wonderful villa in Palmas. The villa was very spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated! Every room had its own touch and one of my favorite areas was the rooftop, where we enjoyed a lovely bbq with a view on the ocean and green mountains. Whenever we didn't want to go out, we could also cook in the spacious kitchen. Everything we might have needed, was there - all the utensils, pots and pans, fridge and dishwasher.
The owner (Maribel) was so welcoming and assured us that we would have everything we need at our fingertips. She was right - the location was perfect! You could walk around in the resort almost everywhere. However, the apartment came with a golf cart (which was yet another pleasant surprise!) and the very first day we took it out to see the surroundings. Maribel recommended a couple of small, delicious restaurants in the harbor and showed us how to get to a supermarket, the yacht club, the beach and an equestrian center, which were all just within a 10-15 minute ride in a golf cart. Having rented a car, it was also easy to get in and out of Palmas to see other nearby attractions and cities.
We truly had an amazing time and would come back in a heartbeat to stay at this villa next time we are in Puerto Rico!
