We had such a great time at your wonderful home. It was very nice to be within walking distance to both beaches and to many of our favorite places to eat (including The Waterfront Restaurant which we went to several times – yum!). We very much enjoyed the screened lanai for morning coffee and an evening glass (or two) of wine and a game of cribbage. This is the first time that we have rented a home with a dock and we LOVED it! We rented kayaks for several days from Beach Bums (they brought them right to the house and into the water for us). We went for morning paddles along the various connecting canals. So peaceful and so beautiful. You were a pleasure to deal with and you were so responsive to any questions. Thank you for sharing your home with us - we made some cherished memories.

We find that the warm Florida waterways are therapeutic. In our opinions there's no better place to be than perched on the deep water canal ready to enjoy an idyllic kayak, paddle board or just relaxing while fishing off the dock.
Sirenia Beach House really is tucked in the perfect location. We love The Waterfront Restaurant too! Close to shopping, dining, fishing piers and beaches is what a vacation on Anna Maria is all about.

Two Families on Vacation

We had a fantastic time in Anna Maria. The house was wonderful with more than enough room for two families with teenagers. We loved renting bikes and keeping them at the house to ride around to wherever we wanted - no need to use a car. We will definitely be returning next year!

My family had a great time at the beach house. The layout of the house is conducive to housing a good sized group. There are fans throughout, allowing you to go without AC if you want. The pool is a good size, and the yard itself is well landscaped. The house comes with the essentials plus some added things that we were pleasantly surprised with (tools for the grill, lots of puzzles for the kids, gaming system for older kids,etc).
We really liked the location. 2 blocks to the main drag for any shopping, 3 blocks to a small beach (more narrow coast with minimal waves), and 5 blocks to a bigger beach on the gulf. There is a community center 3 blocks away that offer exercise classes (guests welcome for a fee).
The master suite is gorgeous. Large, private from the main living spaces, with a nice patio.
While there, we noted lots of houses for vacation rental. We did a quick search, and didn't see anything offering the same size/quality/location for a similar price. Overall, this house is great, and I would recommend to others. We've used Homeaway for 6 or 7 rentals, and this one is the best one

Great Girls Getaway

We had a great time at the house celebrating a milestone birthday. We had a group of women and there was plenty of room in the house to cook, celebrate, relax and sleep. The beds and pillows were really comfortable and having a washer/dryer was wonderful. We sat out around the pool just about every day. Loved that we could put our ipods in and play music around the pool. The house is in a great location on the island. You can walk to a variety of restaurants, places to shop and beaches. There is also a wonderful free trolley that runs up and down the island if you want to venture out to other parts of the island. We are already trying to figure out when we can come back.

From the moment we unlocked the door, the Sirenia Beach House felt like home. The home is welcoming, open and spacious, yet offers privacy if desired. The landscaping and backyard offered something for everyone and is absolutely gorgeous. Our granddaughter has claimed the house as her own, and since returning to the snow and cold of the North, she continually asks to go to her "MY" house. Restaurants and shops were easy to get to, and many were within walking distance. The homeowners could not have been any better to work with and I would not hesitate to rent this home again or recommend it to others. Was a perfect place to reconnect with family and watch my children grow. Thanks for sharing your home!!

We have a bit of experience with private vacation rentals. I believe this is my 8th. This by far was the best one. The owners are excellent to deal with. Very efficient and organized. The home is just outstanding . Not only the decor and furnishings but the location. You can walk to the beaches or shopping or dining. Anna Maria is like a retreat from the busy world of Florida. Yet is is extremely assessible to a number of major airports. I don't want to give too much away as we want to return. And I expect it will be booked solid . Enjoy

The house is absolutely beautiful.
The area shopping is fantastic, the shops are beautiful.
The beach was wonderful with its white sand,we helped save a beached Ray. It was amazing to see the total concern for this great animal.
Sitting around the pool amongst the wide array of beautiful foliage was great.
We took a boat tour with Capt Kathy and Puppup the first mate, the Dolphins swam alongside the boat
It was amazing and exciting to see these wonderful animals in their natural environment.
We absolutely loved every second of our vacation and can hardly wait to come back.
This is a very warm and happy house. We called it home so many times.

We stayed in different properties on Anna Maria before and can honestly say that this was the best vacational rental we ever had.

We enjoyed relaxing afternoons in the pool area, playing cards on the lanai all night long and cooking familydinners in the great equiped kitchen.
We loved the very detailed beachstyle decoration that created a very warm and cosy athmosphere.
The house is equiped with everything you need for a great beach vacation.
The ownwers provided a perfect customer service and have the house perfectly maintained.
